"The technician was ordered and arrived promptly. They completed the work promptly and clogged drain worked great afterwards. My only complaint was price (which was not in the tech’s control). I’m not familiar with plumber pricing, especially for emergency service, but $515 seemed extremely high for about an hours work."

"It was raining very heavily (flash flood warning) and water was just pouring into my basement. I was completely panic-stricken. I called several plumbers that evening and Chris from Blue Frog was the first to return my call. He was at my house in under an hour, and he got all the water under control before it destroyed everything. I then hired Chris /Blue Frog to redirect my sump-pump, per Chris' recommendation.
