He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. "When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon.
