Action Plumbing

Came out for a shower issue and garage drain. John took his time and explained everything and didn’t talk to me differently because I’m a women (a lot of contractors assume we are not knowledgeable!) Got the job done and Cleaned up before he left. Great service, will use again.

It was the worst experience you could imagine. When they re plumbed the house they did not flush the lines. As a result we had 85 years of old galvanized pipe debris end up in our faucets, water heater, shower etc. necessitating numerous call backs to repair their work. To top it off when they installed the new plumbing in the new bathroom the rookie plumber failed to cap the hot water line. They turned it on and it ran full bore in the crawl space for four hours before the general contractor detected it! The contractor had to tear out the newly installed vanity and sinks and cut a hole in the floor to get to the defective plumbing and fix it. Oh and by the way the plumbers cracked one of the sinks while removing it. In addition, they forgot to install the hand held shower when installing the overhead shower. This resulted in tearing out the drywall behind the shower to retrofit the hand held shower plumbing. Unbelievable poor quality work in every phase of the job.

The guy that came out who is Ralph was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. He's just fantastic.

Everything went well. I would suggest anyone to get some other estimates before choosing them.

A pipe attached to an outdoor spigot had burst, dumping water into our basement. Mike came out the morning of the next business day, a welcome relief! He not only repaired the pipe immediately and gave a full explanation of why the accident occured, but gave us a quick walk-through of our other water connections, so we'd know how to shut off water/activate pumps for any future mishaps. Couldn't get over how fast and efficient he was about getting the work done, and very polite the entire time -- he even took his shoes off each time he came in the house without asking.

Action was prompt, polite and fixed my sink leak and discovered that I did NOT need my sewer line to hte street repaired and I was told my Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

They did a great job. Made it look easy. It would of took me an entire day to do. He was done in an hour.

They came out really quick. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. They fixed it better than the way I was going to fix it. They came out the same day. They were running 1/2 hour late, but called me to let me know. It worked out very well.

Very professional and punctual. The plumber explained the work well and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.

THEY DID WONDERFUL WORK FOR US. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HONEST. THEY WORK VERY HARD TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED A PLUMBER. THEY ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE AND ARE ALWAYS HONEST. THEY DO GOOD WORK FOR A GOOD PRICE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DO.
