"Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. On July 26th, I was forced off the road by a driver in an Indiana Foundation Company vehicle (US DOT #1387693). The driver swerved into my lane, causing me to hit a curb and damage my car. I spoke with Pat Diehl, General Manager, who told me to email my information so their insurance could follow up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response at all. If this is how Indiana Foundation Company handles situations caused by their employees, it makes me question how they run their business and how they treat their customers. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. Would definitely recommend this company to others."

"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

"Have been struggling to get compensation from a $20,000.00 job done May 2023 . the situation has been deteriorating since 6 months after the work. they do not have anyone to come fix the terrible work. as they will not send anyone either. I have 4 to 5 inches of water under my home and the sump pump is not working. the humidity under my home is showing 85% from the Humidex that they installed by cutting a hole in the floor of my home. DO NOT HIRE THE COMPANY. I now have to pay another company to come and fix this issue. they will come and service it whenever I need them and the cost is less than the $20.000.00 that I have already spent. Being retired that is a lot of money."
