"Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Now, every time it has rained, I am thankful that I spent the necessary money needed to upgrade and future-proof my home. Thank you so much, Everdry! H Whitney"

"I usually keep matters like this private, but after weeks of being ignored, I feel I have no choice. On July 26th, I was forced off the road by a driver in an Indiana Foundation Company vehicle (US DOT #1387693). The driver swerved into my lane, causing me to hit a curb and damage my car. I spoke with Pat Diehl, General Manager, who told me to email my information so their insurance could follow up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response at all. If this is how Indiana Foundation Company handles situations caused by their employees, it makes me question how they run their business and how they treat their customers. "A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry and the people he employs."
