We had a storm damage about 6 years ago. They did the roof there for us. We had looked up online and nobody even came close, they were like $1000 cheaper. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, very explanatory, answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about. I know a little bit more than most people do as far as things like that go because of the type of upbringing I had. I grew up on a farm so we did a lot of the work ourselves. He really knew what he was talking about. He checked all the pipes in every room. The only one he didn't check was a bathroom that we don't really use as a bathroom, it is more or less a storage right now. He just couldn't get to those and that was our fault not his. He did a really good job of explaining everything. I was very impressed with him. He was on time. That was the nice thing. He called and said he will be there by ten, by 10:05, he was there. It was free because we joined their club. They have a free club that you can join, the Ben Franklin Club and they give a yearly inspection of the roofing. If anything is wrong they give a free estimate. So it is worth it because it doesn't cost you anything and they come out and check to make sure everything is working fine.

Installer did great job, respectful and cleaned up after himself. Looks and feels great, about 10 degrees warmer in every room. Will be using them again in the future...excellent team.

Shortly after receiving the estimate for three windows, I called and asked if the estimate included replacing rotten wood around windows. The answer was "no" and I never heard from them again.

"Sorry for the misunderstanding. Being in the window business, we run across rotten wood consistently. All of our window trucks are supplied with new wood materials on hand for when rotten wood has surfaced. Any and all rotten wood is automatically replaced as needed on each and every window job. Any other questions you may have please feel free to call the office directly, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm."

It took their large, efficient crew 2 1/2 days to complete our sizable roof. Great team work coordinating the tear off, removing debris from each roof section and moving on to the next while others were repairing wood, applying ice/water shield, tar paper and new shingles. They also had guys on the ground cleaning up as they went along. Everything went perfectly they did a great job. We are so glad they replaced our roof before the horrible never-ending winter and this rainy spring and summer!
