"Gary Smalling contacted me personally and had a complete inspection and estimate prepared and delivered within 48 hours. He placed me on a work schedule which I was fine with but was able to pull the time in early which was great for me. The crew was punctual and courteous and completely poured a chimney cap, ground out the old grout and tuck pointed the stacks, Smalling recommended sealing off the ornamental stacks which the also performed to minimize future issues. They also replaced the top liners in four active flues as they were in sad shape. Lastly, they installed new metal chimney caps as well as all of the flashing which requires skill for stonework as opposed to brick. Cleanup was thorough and complete. The chimneys look fantastic and I could not be happier with the work. I recommend these guys highly as they definitely know their business! They have my future business for sure."
