"They had come once before and did a great job, so used again.  But this second time I got a different person and it ended up looking worse than before.  It just does not hold up. 

The second gentleman did hurry a bit  since I needed to leave for an appointment, so this may have effected the work, but I am not sure.  The areas of the staining has come back worse than before. 

Also, the second time, they did not put plastic pad beneith furniture so I now have permanent marks on the carpet.

I am more disappointed with the final quality rather than how they acted."
