"I do not recommend working with Lasting Impressions. Short version: They won’t get the color you want right and will remain unapologetic about their mistakes. We sent them an image from their website, saying that they were the colors we want. The main color in the photo was a dark beige. Our finished patio is orange with dirty brown blotches. I really did NOT want an orange patio. Long version: After we sent the image for the concrete colors, their representative replied that we needed to pick four colors: the main color, random color, release color, and border color. He said that the main color would be what the patio would look like and that the random and release colors would be accents. We chose a beige color (Arizona Buff) for the main color, as it seemed to match our picture best, and Georgia Clay and Terra Cotta for the random and release colors. Fast forward to when the work actually began. Early on, it seemed to me that the color of the main portion of the patio was too red – that the random and release colors had just been mixed entirely with the main Arizona Buff, so the end result was a red-orange patio instead of beige. I called our Lasting Impressions representative, and he said that the color would be fine and that we were just looking at it too soon. He said to wait until it had dried to reevaluate. After it had dried, I called him again and said it still looked more red-orange than beige. He said that it would be fine, as I hadn’t seen what it would look like after they pressure washed off some of the release colors to bring out the main color. He himself had not seen the patio at this point. After the pressure washing, the patio still looked red-orange. My husband and I called our representative again, who told us that we needed to see what it looked like wet (as that would be the look when it was sealed). We wetted down a portion of the patio, and the color did not look any better. Then my husband asked that our representative come out and see for himself. When he came out and saw the patio, he started replying with, “Well, those are the colors in our contract.” This was the same person who had told us we couldn’t just tell him one color (the Arizona Buff) but had to choose both a random and release color – but not to worry because the end result would look like our main color choice. I asked how he could fix the color. He said he could use an acid stain to lighten it, indicating a beige-yellow on our house stones as the color he could match. When he went to his truck to look up something, the worker he was with admitted that there was “too much red” in the patio color. Next, we were given a color swatch of acid stains. None of the colors on it were as light as the beige-yellow he had said he could lighten the patio to, but Barley was the lightest, so we told him to go with that (or lighter, if possible). The stain did not, however, lighten the patio to the color on the sheet. It made the patio a lighter orange, but still quite orange. Our representative said that it’s because we tried to go to a lighter color, and that would not work. (I’m not sure why he’d promised that he could match the stone on our house if he knew that earlier.) He told us he could go darker. He also said that he “needed to be done with this project.” We really didn’t like the orange, so we chose one of the dark colors on the sheet, Coal. I wasn’t happy with the idea of a dark patio, as we had chosen the beige to begin with with the idea that it would be not quite as hot for little feet to walk on, but we just wanted the patio to look decent at this point (as the orange looked just bad). However, the Coal application did not give us a nice, dark color stone look. Instead, it wasn’t evenly applied and looked kind of blotchy. Our patio now looked orange with dirty or moldy spots (where the brown was). When we pointed this out to our representative, he said, “I told you the orange would show through a bit. I can’t get the patio to the color on the sheet.” He had mentioned that there would be a hint of orange, but he had NOT said the acid stain would not get to the color on the handout. Why give us a sheet of colors if those colors aren’t what the end result is going to be? By this point, we were just done. They tried to get up some of the dirty/moldy look, but that was unsuccessful and just made the color inconsistency worse. We said what our representative had now said to us four or five times, that we wanted to be finished. So they sealed it off. Even THAT was done inconsistently. Portions of the patio look like they weren't sealed at all. Save yourself the headache and go with a more professional company, one that can actually get color right. I’m now investing in patio rugs."

At Indiana Crawl Space Repair, we take great pride in the experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet our consumers needs. We provide crawlspace waterproofing, insulation, encapsulation, drainage, mold remediation, vapor barriers, and structural repairs in Indiana.
"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry and the people he employs."

With Cast We offer Full masonry fireplaces and chimneys. Block foundations and Brick and stone. Also do repairs.
Masonry uses units like bricks, cement blocks, and stone with mortar between them. Mortar is generally made of sand and a type of cement. Examples of masonry include the brick or stone on a house, chimney, or freestanding wall. Concrete is a mixture of water, sand, stone aggregate, and other materials, and is poured into forms or moldings. Types of concrete applications include driveways, garage and basement floors, and poured concrete walls in basements and crawl spaces.
The cost of masonry work varies widely depending on the type of masonry along with common cost factors like size, complexity, location, and season. Most exterior masonry work done in freezing temperatures tends to cost more because of the preparation and protection involved to keep the masonry from freezing before the mortar cures properly. The average price ranges per project or square foot for different types of masonry include:
Brick wall (fence, garden wall, etc.): $10–$45 per square foot
Natural stone wall: $40–$110 per square foot
Manufactured stone veneer: $20–$40 per square foot
Brick home exterior: $10–$30 per square foot
Brick siding: $3–$10 per square foot
Stone siding: $35–$50 per square foot
Brick step replacement: $20–$30 per square foot
Brick wall repair: $20–$40 per square foot
Chimney repairs: $160–$750 per project
Tuckpointing: $5–$25 per square foot
A mason lays brick or stone together, sometimes with mortar in between the bricks and stones, and sometimes without mortar, also called a dry-stack or surface bonding. Examples of work masons do include:
Brick, stone, or cement block houses and buildings
Freestanding stone or brick walls
Chimneys with wood-burning fireplaces
Cement block basement or crawl space walls
Masonry work tends to be more expensive because the materials can be costly, such as natural stone and brick. Masonry is also very labor intensive, typically making up 50% or more of the final project cost. In addition, quality masonry work requires years of training and experience, as with any skilled trade.
Two types of masonry are veneer masonry and solid masonry. Veneer masonry is thin brick or stone material attached to the face of a building. With veneer masonry, the walls support the weight of the masonry products rather than the masonry being built on a concrete footing. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
