Justin inspected the problem inside and out, took a lot of time to explain it to us very clearly, and even showed us videos of how Indiana Foundation Service uses push piers to lift the foundation, and once it is in place, pulls the inside floor up to level. I can't say enough about Justin, who was the very definition of professionalism. He explained the problem and the process for fixing it so clearly that my wife and I both understood it. "Although I did not choose Crossroads Foundation for my project (I did not choose ANY contractor at this time due to return on investment issues) , I found the two gentlemen who arrived to be knowledgeable and honest regarding the cost and involvement in fixing this dilapidated property.
