Name brand pest control companies are more interested in signing up customers for lengthy service contracts, whereby technicians stop by at regular intervals and provide treatments. Bryant's goal, on the other hand, is first to prevent infestations by pinpointing and sealing points of pest entry. If successful, chemicals may be unnecessary. "Kevin, one of the owners, responded to our call today about a bald faced hornet nest. He was professional, kind, VERY knowledgeable, and efficient. I would also like to add, that as a female, some service people treat me like I am not the brightest...this was not true of Kevin. He treated me and my female neighbor like we were equals and intelligent. This means a lot! He educated us and answered any questions we had (my neighbor, my husband, and I). They had a cancelation on their schedule and came right over, which wqs amazing! He made sure our families and pets were safe! We will always use Irish Brothers for our pest control needs. I also want to comment on how honest he was, I asked about ants in the yard. He was knowledgeable about that too and since they were not in our house, he said he would leave them be because it would cost us a lot of time and money. I appreciate his honesty and thoughtfulness. He could have tried to make more money and he did not. I would like to add he was funny and very pleasant to talk to and work with for all of us! Thank you Kevin!!!
