The estimate inspector was polite and showed photos of areas needing to increase attic insulation. He gave us what we thought a fair quote. The crew showed up two weeks later and when finished showed photos before and after! Very pleased with the outcome!

From my first contact with Bone Dry Roofing and all throughout the installation of my new roof, everyone I have had contact with has been professional, polite and very helpful. They kept me informed of step and sent pictures and video to show me exactly what they were doing and seeing. I originally thought this was going to be a painful, stressful process but they have made it a positive, pleasurable experience.

We had Bone Dry replace six 15x15ft ceilings that were 150 years old, and were starting to crumble and fall. We had previously tried plaster washers to secure the loose plaster back to the lathe, but when we looked at places where the ceiling subsequently fell, it was clear that the lathe was pulling away from the ceiling joists. That meant pulling all the ceilings down and replacing them with drywall ceilings. Since we continued to live in the house throughout this complex project, I can't praise Bone Dry highly enough for their willingness to coordinate with us on each step, to tackle the messiest job imaginable, to clean up the mess, and to install beautiful new ceilings. We are very happy with the outcome, and look forward to working with Bone Dry on any future projects we might have.

We've used Bone Dry several times over the past 10 years for minor roofing repairs and have always been very pleased with their workmanship, attention to detail, and transparency. So when it was time for a new roof, Bone Dry was our go to contractor. We are very pleased with the results. The work was completed as promised, the clean up was very thorough, and communication with the on site project manager was excellent. We could have gotten the job done for less, but you get what you pay for. They stand behind their work and we know that if we have any problems whatsoever, which I don't expect, they will fix it right away.

Very fast and efficient

Did a great job rebuilding my chimney. Each phase of the rebuild was completed efficiently and all workers were nice and professional. I was not used to paying after each phase of the project, instead of paying half and the remainder on completion.

The work was done very quickly and the installers were very professional and clean. Still waiting to see if the roof shingles will lay flat but they assure me they will eventually flatten out. It was tough to start with them. I filled out a contact form on their website but never heard back, so I had to call them to schedule an inspection. I was impressed with their initial inspection. It was very thorough. I was disappointed with the final cost. Lots of things were unclear on the contract and resulted in about $1500 in unexpected charges (like paying $75 for a sheet of plywood that would cost $20-25 retail) and the wrong name of the shingle which added more cost. (That's my fault, for not asking more questions.) I like that they used OwensCorning shingles - that was a major reason why I chose them over the other company.

Have used Bone Dry for years. They have completed several projects for me included a complicated project this past Spring. They are always professional, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the Nashville branch was terrible. The crew left a mess at my house, broke part of my deck, damaged my yard with two large trucks, and had bad customer service. The employees who came to my home were argumentative and condescending.

Bone Dry was one of three companies we had give us a quote for our roof that was showing some rot around the edges. We picked them due to their good reputation, good job of inspecting & showing us even more reasons for the replacement & the fact that Bone Dry does the shingling of the homes for Boone County Habitat for Humanity. They day of the install the supervisor arrived and did a walk around to assure us how plants & windows would be protected. As the crew arrived they placed tarps & sheeting over windows, AC & plants. The crew was like a well oiled machine: removing the old shingles, then the decking. Next the new sheeting was placed, the membrane placed, then shingles and finally the ridge cap. The clean up fast and carefully done. No scrap too small was missed! They swept twice for nails! They arrived at 7 am & left at 4:30! Fast, careful & efficient. We were kept informed by the supervisor at every step with photos. He also did an end of job walk around. Fantastic job by all parties!

They provided an estimate within one day and accommodated our scheduling needs. Work was accomplished on schedule and to our satisfaction. Work crews each exhibited knowledge and skills necessary to complete a quality result without interference from me. We are well satisfied with the workmanship and comportment of all staff.

We used Bone Dry for an exterior project. Bone Dry came out quick for a quote. They communicated well and showed up on time. Bone Dry finished the work quickly AND the project manager stayed on site the entire time. They worked hard, cleaned up quickly, and it looks great!

We solicited quotes from six vendors and selected Bone Dry Roofing. Their quote package was very detailed, including a precise listing and brochures for all products to be used and descriptions of what to expect during the installation, and they are certified as one of Owens-Corning’s Platinum Preferred Contractors (as were two other contractors who bid on the project), which qualifies the homeowner for a much longer full no cost materials and labor warranty coverage than a non-certified vendor installing the same products. Their pricing was good, they require no money until the job is finished, and they offered a variety of easy financing options, including 12 months at zero interest. A manager did a last-step roof inspection 2 days before the job, and a walk-through video inspection after the job, which he sent me for my records. I was consulted immediately about any additional decking replacements needed to ensure a solid sub-surface. The large crew were friendly and polite, carefully relocated our patio furniture out of harm's way, spread huge industrial tarps and sheets of plywood all around the house to protect landscaping and property, and used a trailer with large inflatable wheels to carry away old materials rather than a metal dumpster that can damage concrete. The resulting roof replacement was installed with perfectly straight ridge and valley lines, our gutter guards were carefully lifted up and replaced to complete the gutter line installation, and the project manager walked the roof afterward to tighten down a few gutter guards that were missing screws. Post-installation clean-up was immaculate. Bottom line: A superb and easy hi-tech re-roofing experience exhibiting top craftsmanship with high attention to detail for a competitive price.

Responded very quickly, and were professional, friendly and worked with my schedule. The technician that did the roof repair was, pleasant, efficient and cleaned up everything after. I will continue to use Bone Dry for future work.

We were able to reset the schedule to fit a sudden change in personal plans. During the work - siding replaced - the team protected landscaping, kept the debris to a minimum and cleaned it up each day. Woodpecker damage was given special attention, undersiding wall board replaced, insulation replaced as needed. Photos were sent several times a day to show work-in-progress.

We recently had our roof replaced by Bone Dry Roofing. The entire process, working with John Borwoy our sales rep with Bone Dry, homeowners insurance and choosing new roofing shingles was a smooth process. John helped us throughout the entire process and kept us informed with each step. As issues came up, there was great communication with John to solve each situation. The workers who removed the old shingles and installed the new ones were simply the best. The foreman of the crew, Gerardo, was the best. He kept us informed when a problem arose with the decking and let us know how it was being resolved. He did keep in touch with us throughout the whole job. Cleanup was very thorough. We would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone!

They were very punctual. They had to meet the deadline because of the insurance company who will pay. They were very diligent with they work. The roof looks good

We consider ourselves to be pretty particular, and we were very pleased with Bone Dry. Several different crews were at our house to do different parts of the job. All of the Bone Dry employees we interacted with were courteous and professional. They took photos while they were working and sent us these to keep us updated on their progress. They clearly communicated with us regarding schedule changes due to weather. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished job.

We are stratified. They were great. They came back and fix it it there is still a damage.
