Our company is locally owned and operated, based in Noblesville for 39 years. We offer service to all of Hamilton county, and many of the surrounding communities, including Indianapolis' North side.

Super pleased with Beck's Chimney Sweep from beginning to end. They are friendly on the phone and easy to schedule. A very pleasant young gentleman showed up right on time and went to work. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. He was more than willing to answer my questions and share his knowledge. I would definitely hire Beck's again and highly recommend!

They arrived right on time. One worked on the chimney while the other cleaned the dryer vent. They remembered the complications and poor access of my dryer vent and were well prepared. Both jobs were done in about an hour. I was very pleased with how it went and very reassured about our safety now that these two things were done.

Chimney technicians were on time, clean, and highly professional. They took care to keep our carpet clean in front of our fireplace by removing their shoes and placing a drop cloth. The technicians then proceeded to run their camera all the way to the top, confirming our cap is intact, and slowly inspecting the flue all the way down to the firebox. We actually did not need a sweep, so we were only charged for the inspection, and they honored their sweeping coupon (-$10-website) for just the inspection (normal cost = $125). Even with allowing me to watch the inspection, they were in and out in about 30min. The technicians were also very generous with advice regarding fireplace draw, warming the flu, which type of grate to buy, and wood to burn (never burn pine in a fireplace!).

This was in a house we just bought and it was so dirty there was visible creosote peeling off the chimney even at a very low level in the fireplace. But now it's clean and usable.

The first technician was not well versed on my type of fireplace and left me feeling less than confident on the condition of my fireplace and chimney. Dave came out later and he was great! I called to have the service done again, this year, and they refused to guarantee that Dave would be my technician. I refuse to go through the double service call again and prefer to use someone I trust for this service. I will not be using this company any longer.

It went great!! From the first contact with Carmen and Kyrsten to the day of service with Dave, I was very pleased with their detail and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Dave explained the operation of the fireplaces and cleaned up thoroughly when finished.

Joe was great. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained everything during the video inspection. It turned out that our chimney is in good shape and didn't need to be swept at this time. He gave me tips for keeping the chimney in good shape in the future. I appreciated not being charged for performing unnecessary procedures. Joe also performed a complimentary dryer vent check and replaced a missing part on my outside vent at no charge. After Joe was finished and had left, he realized he hadn't given me a $10 discount (that I had forgotten about) and he called and drove back to my house to give me that discount. I will definitely used Beck's in the future.
