The work was very high up. Glen came out promptly and went to work and fixed the issue.

I determined that the leak was caused by a vent on my roof that would let large amounts of rain in when the wind was blowing from the south. I called Glen and he came over 2 days later when the weather cleared up, removed the vent, repaired the hole in the roof, and covered it with new shingles. No more leaks! This guy is GREAT! I have used him many times in the past and he always does a professional job.

Glen's repairs are always done correctly and in a timely manner. I will not call any other contractor for roof repairs.

Glen was very courteous, professional, personable, and reasonably priced. He repaired our roof in no time and inspected other parts of the roof as well, caulking as needed and even repairing other broken shingles. He went above and beyond our expectations!

Glen was able to work me in to his schedule the day after I called him. We had heavy rain yesterday, and rain was dripping in around the trim of a window. Glen took a first look for anything obvious on the roof, then came in to look for the leak in the attic, then went back out and found the problem area. He purchased a bundle of shingles, replaced bad ones, and caulked. He took the time to explain everything, and was nice to work with.

Glen did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to use him again, and we recommend him.

Called yesterday for some roof repairs I had been putting off.  Glen was at my house the next morning to make all the repairs and cleaned out all the gutters!  Great Job!

He cleaned out the gutters, installed the gutter guards, and cleaned up afterwards.
Glen always does a nice job for us.  It's hard to find a roofer who will do small jobs like this but Glen is always willing to do repairs and small jobs for us.  He is very reasonable with his pricing.  He shows up when he says he will and he is pleasant to deal with.

We had a good experience with them. The price was really cheap. I decided to use him after talking with him when he came to give me an estimate. I was impressed with him. They seemed to know what they were doing, cleaned up after they were done and did a good job.  

We've been using Glen's services for about 15 years, and everything has been great.  He's very dependable, completes work quickly and efficiently, and he does a good job of communicating any issues with the roof and gutters.  He charges reasonable prices, too.

This guy is awesome.  He's a great guy and honest.  He'll charge you what is absolutely fair for the things he performed at your house.  I would use this guy every time for maintenance things (including shingle repair, hip repairs, etc).  He was here for about 4 hours.

Glen is wonderful!   We purchased our home about 8 months ago and asked him to inspect the roof before winter.  The house is about 10 years old and we just wanted his opinion.    He found 2 areas where the caulk was ageing and starting to crack.  He also found 2 covers that were showing signs of weather related cracking.  He took care of the repairs and we feel much better knowing that the roof is in good condition.     Glen ha always been straight forward with us about repairs in the past and has been very reasonable on any repairs.   We value his opinion and his help and will continue to call him in the future.

He was excellent. He spent a lot of time and did  a lot of work. He even did some extra work because I had gutter that was clogged and he fixed that. He was worth the money and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend him.

Good. Work took a bit longer than expected but it was hot and he worked alone. Very friendly and explained work done.

There were two leaks.  One was obvious and was fixed immediately.  The other, seemingly near a skylight, was not found, but never returned so nothing more has been needed so far.

He completed everything that was agreed to.  I hope to have him back to do some other projects.  Great worker!

Went well.  Mr. Gainey is very honest and dependable.  Very reasonably priced.  I definitely will use him again.  In fact this is the second time I have hired him.
