"They were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. We are so thankful to have heat and will be contacting E&M, again, if we have problems with our HVAC! Thank you for making my family warm, again!"

While they were not the cheapest, they were very competitively priced and did the best job of explaining their plan and answering our questions. The project went extremely well. "Sat at 6AM my well sprung a leak and a gusher was shooting out of the ground. I call CJ at ^AM and the owner Josh answered (wow!). He said his excavation crew couldn't come come until Monday. I had weekend guests and wasn't too keen on going all weekend with no water in the house. Joosh asked me a couple questions. Do have a basement (yes I did) and is there a window in the basement (yes there is). From that he offered to send a crew to hook up a temp water supply to the house to get us trough the weekend. about 10AM on Sat two CJ repair guys showed up and hooked a bypass line from the well head through the basement window and tapped onto the main water supply line in the basement. What a life savor idea and our weekend went WELL ( no pun intended). Then on Monday morning the excavator crew shows up at 10AM and by 1PM the leak in the well pipe in the ground is fixed. I guess the u Bolt holding the pitless adapter to the casing rusted and broke, thus the water was pushing out as the pitless seal was now loose. The CJ crew explained all of this and kept me informed. My experience with Josh and his crews at CJ was top notch all the way! Thanks Josh for answering your phone on Saturday at 6AM repairs"

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"I needed to find a company who could reroute my dryer vent in my home. Upon calling around it was hard to find someone who would do a smaller job. So I decided to make an Angi's post to see what I might could get. I was contacted by Matthew at Purity Air Restorations. He came to my home, inspected what needed done, was very knowledgeable on the best way to reroute the dryer vent and then gave me an estimate - very fairly priced. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! "
