BE AWARE!!! We used Elite Roofing (out of Fishers/Noblesville, IN) for many years to replace roof shingles and various roof repairs and they had done excellent work. HOWEVER..after getting most of our roof replaced a few years ago by them many of the shingles have become discolored. We told the owner about his in March of 2021 and confirmed we were under a lifetime limited warranty per the agreement we had with Elite. After multiple calls and emails to the owner regarding next steps to get the shingles replaced he is no longer responding to us. NO RESPONSE AT ALL and it's been 4 months!! This is HORRIBLE after the money we spent on the roofing work. PLEASE BE AWARE..USE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. ELITE WILL NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACT NOR RETURN CALLS IS THERE IS A PROBLEM.

During the next HARD rain, the roof leaked badly and we filled up three buckets of water, just like before. This happened for several days in a row until the hard rains seized. That is not good, but what is frustrating is that this happened less than 3 months after the initial fix in August, around November 3 or 4th. I have been calling and emailing since with no response. I would like John to contact me and come fix the problem.

John came out within 2 days of my call to give me an estimate and completed the repair within a week of giving me the estimate. His crew did a great job with the repair and cleaned up afterwards so I couldn't tell they had even been here. John was able to match our shingles so the repair is hardly noticeable. His crew reviewed with what they had done when they were finished and answered all my questions about what they found during the repair process.

We are very satisfied with Elite Roofing and we would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in need of a new roof or roofing repairs! They were all so very friendly and the workmanship, I'd rate an A+ !! Thank you Elite for a job well done!!

Elite Roofing installed our current roof shingles in 2006. Since that time we have had problems with the hip and ridge pieces coming off the roof after we have storms that have some wind gusts associated with them....first in 2009, then 2012, end of 2013 and now July 2014. When I spoke to John Lahr about this most recent episode I told him about our previous history and that this didn't seem normal because the frequency was increasing and the symptom we always seem to see is roof shingles on the ground. He said he'd take a closer look. After inspecting our roof he said that they would basically recheck the whole roof and resecure and seal all areas needed and wouldn't charge us for that work. They also resecured the flashing around the 2 skylights at no charge. The chimney work needed was discovered during his inspection so we paid for that part of the work.
I appreciated John's responsiveness and the fact that he was making an effort to try and minimize the reoccurence of this problem and also not charging us for the coping replacement. John has always been very reliable and dependable over the years.
I also want to give Elite Roofing an A for responsiveness back in Dec 2013 when they did our roof repair within a day after I spoke with John Lahr. I told him at that time that our situation wasn't an emergency because I knew that because of the bad storm we had I was sure there were others that might need help before us. So I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they came out.

This is the second job Elite Roofing has performed for us. John Lahr is very thorough when giving his estimates and description of the repairs. The repairmen were prompt, courteous and performed the repair exactly as John described in his estimate. We will definitely use them again if needed!

I had to pay someone else to come repair the roof. He flashed the area around my skylight incorrectly. I would strongly not recommend him.

Excellent experience. John (owner) is always friendly and very responsive.

The work was done efficiently with no complications. Also, Elite cleaned the area when the job was completed. The only slight problem was that the shingles did not match 100% but were very close and were in a location on the roof that really was not very visible. The employees were easy to work with. I would recommend the company.

Overall job was performed in a timely matter and we would recommend John services to friends and family.

Had a major leak that destroyed the drywall ceiling and stained the wall in the back of my garage. I also had water running behind the endcap of the gutter and flowing down the outside stone of the house near a window. The area of concern on the roof was very difficult in that several roof lines all meet and form a shallow and narrowing pitch. John tore off the old roofing in this area and installed a membrane under the shingles. Then re-shingled everything else back to normal. He also re-did the flashing that was causing the water to run behind the gutter endcap. Both repairs are working well. The entire quote process was a little longer than desired, but after an agreement was made, the work was completed within a couple of days. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Overall, I am pleased with the work and will ask them to quote any future work.
