"Everything went great.  Fritz delivered the trailer the weekend before the work was to start, giving me ample time to unload the garage and even paint the walls myself first.  His team arrived on time on the day of the work and was very professional checking with me to make sure that they had everything right.
They started by grinding down the old floor, getting rid of any stains that were on there.  Then Fritz himself came and applied the first coating of the flooring.  They then applied a thick layer of paint chips to make sure the floor was covered with the coloring that I had ordered.  They vacuumed up the excess.  Finally they applied a clear coating on the top of the paint.  The result was a beautiful floor that some compared to a granite countertop.
On the second day they came out and hung all of the cabinets, overhead racks, and wall storage equipment.  This was all done very professionally and is all solid and high quality equipment.  They even hung a couple of Sam's Club racks that I had bought myself (for a small additional fee).  
Afterward I realized that there were a couple more wall mounted hooks that I wanted.  Fritz was able to get these ordered and installed as well.  He was always very patient and professional in all dealings that I had with him.  
Everything got done before our party.  At the party I can't even count the number of people who came up to me out of the blue and complimented how great the flooring looked.  Fritz is the man when it comes to redoing a garage.  I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

We took advantage of an Angie's List special to have our lawn aerated and overseeded. The company did a good job for us after they dealt with some equipment problems. We are pleased with the services. Our only concern was not always being informed of equipment problems, and when to expect them to arrive to do the work. We were told they would give us a call to let us know when they would start the project, but that did not happen. The first day their equipment failed and they left without informing us of the problem or when they would return. On the second attempt, another equipment breakdown occurred, but this time they informed us and told us when they would return.

Overall, we are pleased with the project.

"There were some areas on our old floor that did not have tile on this at all.  Joe investigated what the problems were and explained  carefully to me how he could remedy the problem. He also showed me samples of types and colors of type I might like after asking me questions. In a couple of days, he returned with actual tiles so I could see them on the floor. They were just what I had in mind. 
He leveled some areas of the floor where it had been dipping and also moved our appliances and toilet out during this time.  There was no problem with doing any of that.  He blocked a door that led to the work area but also out into the garage so that the people in the house were not too cold.  His workers were very considerate and polite.
The only thing that I was not 100% happy with was that I was not told exactly when to expect the workers the next day.  Or even whether they were planning to come the next day.  I would have liked better communication between us.
All in all, they did a great job for a great price.  I am very happy with the end product!
