Even though we were corresponding with him for months prior, the company rep we dealt with just happened to be on vacation the week our house was painted, He subbed out the job and many of the items agreed to in the initial bid and on the contract weren't done. The extensive prep work needed (as it's an old house) , the cleanup during and after the job, and the windows all weren't done. I suspect the amount of work needed to complete the job wasn't communicated to the sub-contractor and his team. Although the sub-contractor's team was very hard working, he said they were only getting paid half of the overall price. Therefore, they needed to finish the job quickly to not lose money, which was at odds with our desire to have a quality job done. Once the job was completed, Xtreme Painting never contacted us to see how it went. No follow through at all. Poor customer service.

It was okay. They scheduled me three different times. The day they came and this part was my error and they gave me paint numbers that were wrong. They said they would change it and they would buy it. There were places that they missed and speckled paint on my hardwood floors but basically there acceptable.

It went very well. We have used this company before and they were just as efficient as the first time. Two of Jason's (Jaons Brown, owner) employees completed the work. They cleaned up the work area and put everything back in its proper place.

I called Xteme painting the Friday before Mother's Day wanting work done that weekend. I called about 11 places, and Jason was the only one who said he could do it. He said he would call/text when he was on the way, and he did just that. Jason and his crew came out on Mother's Day to paint 2 rooms in our house. We had a coupon for 4 hours with one painter, and he showed up with three others (four total), which meant the coupon covered1 hour with four people. Jason and his crew worked very efficiently to get all our requests done in one hour. They did everything we asked, and left the place just as clean as when they walked in. The work was done very well and we decided to ask them to do more. For <$100, they painted more walls (vaulted) two days later.
I recommended Xtreme Paining to a friend of ours, and they have been very impressed. We have more projects coming up this summer, and will will definitely go with Xtreme painting again. They are professional (call when they say they will, quietly get the work done, leave the house clean), prompt, and the work itself is really good. Thanks Xtreme Painting.

Used a special deal, plus a little extra. Jason called before coming ( which I appreciated), and had a crew of 3. They laid down tarps to protect the carpeting, and covered everything with plastic to make sure all was protected. Before painting, he carefully looked over the walls and did additional sanding where needed, including filling in any nail holes or gouges that would mar the surface. Exceptional care was taken to tape and protect the caulking for our fully tiled tub and sink areas. Each room received two coats of paint. They worked efficiently, neatly, and with care. They respected my home. They left everything nice and clean. It was very easy to communicate and explain to Jason what and how I wanted things done. He left stating that if I noticed anything that might have been missed to give him a call and he'd make it right. He wants to make sure his clients are satisfied with his work and I appreciate that. I do have other painting projects that I'll be doing in the future, and I will be having him back again.
Another thing I noticed that was important to me is that he's a non-smoker ( so I didn't have someone that smelled like an ashtray in my home)! I'm very allergic to tobacco odors.

It went just fine. Jason, the person in charge, came out to look at what was to be done and to give an additional estimate for more work to be done later. He was very professional and prompt. He informed us that the painter, Billy, was on his way. Jason completed the estimate for the other job and left Billy to do the painting. Billy, too, was very professional, conscientious, polite and thorough. He did excellent work. We plan to use this company again.

The painter arrived about 8:00am and finished at 12:30.

They arrived on-time and the appointment was convenient for me. I provided the paint. He had a team of three to do the painting and they started off taping and moving the furniture right away. The living and dining rooms have a sloped ceiling from 8 to 12 feet. They did an excellent job on the high walls and stairwells.
They cleaned everything up. I have no complaints and can't think of anything I would have liked done differently.

Things went great! Jason's price was very fair and he provided great service. His team was punctual every day and ensured we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They not only painted, they spackled walls where previous nails were and even changed lightbulbs for us in the 2 story foyer. Each day, was a full 8+ hours of painting and many evenings, they worked through the night to ensure we could be in the home by Christmas. The paint used was top quality and they were very cautious around the home, ensuring no spills or messes were made. Jason would communicate if he had any questions (kids rooms had a specific vertical line design) and would also text/call if we missed him that day, to ensure we were pleased the days work. We anticipate using him in the future, so we had him to take measurements of the basement to complete some drywall repair and painting down there. Job well done!

Upon arrival, the owner stated that it would require more than eight hours to paint the areas we needed to paint. We agreed to double the deal to have it completed. Despite the owners Sharon says, the two painters were not able to complete the work in the time allowed. we were then offered to have the job finished for another $200. We declined. As a result, not a single one of the rooms was actually completed because the two painters were working in separate rooms and never finish them in the time allowed. We understand that would work takes more time and care. However, we were disappointed that with the additional money we where ask for that the job was not completed. My wife and I finished the job the next day; we felt we could have done the job originally ourselves but wanted to "take it easy" and have others do it. We feel that it was somewhat our fault because the deal was a price "per eight hours" and not a "per xx square foot offer," which meant that it was up to the workers to determine how much they finished. However, we had been told by the owner that the job would be completed for the additional amount earlier in the day, only to be disappointed later.

"It is unfortunate that we were unable to complete the entire project within the purchased amount of time. This project was to paint currently stained baseboards, and two doors in three rooms. I gave them an estimate to complete the entire project and was respectfully declined. A comment was made stating "it was up to the workers to determine how much they finished" which suggests that we may have worked slower to kill time. I assure you this is not the case. We work the same speed and provide the same quality whether it's hourly or flat rate. We do not "steal" time from our customers. We actually try to work faster and harder in hourly situations as long as quality is not sacrificed. We do not want any of our customers feeling as if they are being taken advantage of. We do appreciate your business and feedback. Thank you."

Update: I never did have them come fix the wall. But despite the lack of prepping, I did recommend Jason's company to tons of people. You can't beat the price. 2 hrs in and out and room looks amazing (as long as you don't notice the rough spots that weren't prepped). I plan on calling him again the next time I need painting done for sure.
