They cleaned the jobsite every day before leaving and they were very courteous to my wife he was home during the porch renovation turning it into a sunroom. "The company responded quickly to my message. A tech came out and provided an estimate. We ended up changing a few things around but they were flexible. They were a little backed up so it took a few weeks to get on the schedule but all work was done in one day. The gentleman installed a new dog door into our 3rd bay so our dogs could get into the fenced in backyard. He also fixed some trim work that my dog had chewed on, installed hose racks and a new hose splitter on the side of the house. I had new patio chairs and one was missing the correct drill hole to assemble and he added the hole and assembled the chair. He was very helpful as I added a few of the items on the day he came. I would definitely hire them again for other projects! It was so nice to just have everything completed quickly and properly!"

We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
