"Ron with Prestigious Carpet & Upholstery Care has been cleaning our upholstery and carpet areas for over 20 years. He is excellent to work with, and we are never disappointed in the results! I’ll have him back again in October for a smaller sofa and more carpet areas, before the holidays get busy."

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"The associate was punctual and courteous. He called me before arrival, and even cleaned garage stairs as a bonus. The carpet looked clean afterwards."

"We thought she did a great job! Scheduling was very easy, and she arrived to the appointment on time. Everything looked like brand new when the service was completed, and we would definitely use her services again in the future!"

"I was thrilled with their work. The crew showed up on time, came in, and got right to work. They were excited to be cleaning my condo. When I got home, the place was spotless. The floor was s*** n span & my nasty bathrooms were finally revived. I have race company coming in this week, so showing up on such short notice (3 days) and doing the work beyond perfection is greatly appreciated. I'll use Carl & his crew for any future cleanings that my condo needs."

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked.

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."

"Ma Purcell Service Co offered competitive pricing. They were very courteous in their service. However, they took a longer time to finish the job than they originally said they would. They took a week to finish the job. I would use them again in the future."

"The guys who cleaned my carpets were friendly and punctual.  All around great service.
