Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!"

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"The men came to the house on time and started work right away.
They washed the windows inside and out in each room.  They listened to any special instructions I had for each room.
If they found a problem they told me about it.  One window had something on it that only another solvant and razon blades could get it off.  They do not use razor blades so they informed me of the procedure but I needed to do it myself.
They cleaned up after each room.  
They were very professional and I would have them wash the windows again and have passed their name on to others.

"I was thrilled with their work. The crew showed up on time, came in, and got right to work. They were excited to be cleaning my condo. When I got home, the place was spotless. The floor was s*** n span & my nasty bathrooms were finally revived. I have race company coming in this week, so showing up on such short notice (3 days) and doing the work beyond perfection is greatly appreciated. "Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked. 

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."
