"Repair a hole in leather jacket sleeve"

"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"Angela did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with her service and we have scheduled her for a bi-weekly cleaning!"

"After several refinishing companies no-quoted and said our engineered hardwood floor needed replacement, Premier Steam Cleaning not only accepted the challenge but did an excellent job saving us 1000's of dollars. Seve and his crew paid a lot of attention to every detail and were not satisfied until we were 100% satisfied. Many thanks!"

"He did a good job. He was on time for the appointment. There was one cleaner here doing the work. They results were pretty good but there were a few places where the spots came back."

"very well, I was happy with the clean

"The detailing was great and so convenient not haveing to take my car somewhere and then come back and get it."

"Communicated clearly about the details of the job. Excellent work. Very prompt and professional.  Totally trustworthy.  I was quite pleased."

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked.

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."

"Ma Purcell Service Co offered competitive pricing. They were very courteous in their service. However, they took a longer time to finish the job than they originally said they would. They took a week to finish the job. I would use them again in the future."
