I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. "I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.
