"Do yourself a favor, and stay away if you need any major work! My wife and I hired Mr. Serviss in 2021 to renovate our new home. Our theory is that he used the funds from the project (we funded using a 203K loan), and used it to pay off judgments against him. Yes, that's right, At Your Serviss is realistically a big pyramid scheme. Don't believe me? Just check the Indiana myCase system and see how many judgments he has against him. I'll give him credit, he knows how to drag out a court case and use the small claims system to his advantage. Stay far away from this snake!"
