He visited us a couple of time to walk over the property and his focus was on making sure the lighting was appropriate for our home and that it would highlight the key features of our home and landscaping. "Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

Were scheduled to come back in two weeks after another commercial job at beginning of December. Called back and left several messages to determine status of return visit after the beginning of December date was missed. Nothing. The contractor is a good guy but the Security issue with the back porch light out made me extremely nervous every night and I quickly sought out another contractor to fix the work after the beginning of December date was missed. I understand we are all busy this time of year but a call back with an explanation would have been appreciated."
