The total experience was frustrating and ended up costing me additional dollars to resolve poor quality work and damage to the house.

This was the first time I had used his services. He was prompt, cleaned up after himself, was professional and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

JOB WENT WELL, THE MAN IS VERY HONEST.

Just getting him up to the house is a challenge in itself. He is a very hard worker and solves the problem (which he did). He stayed at the house for 3 1/2 hours, until close to 10pm getting the problem resolved. The problem is he made two (2) appointments with me to meet me at my house and he never showed. The second one (return appointment) he never called to reschedule or apologize, and he didn't even give us his Angie's List discount, even though he knew we found him through the list.

I called for an appointment and got a two hour "window" scheduled for less than a week from the time I called. He arrived within the time frame promised and quoted me a price with which I agreed. He went to work and finished the job in about an hour and a half, then cleaned up his mess.

It was wonderful! He's the same guy that came last winter to do work in my garage too. He charges a very reasonable rate.

He was 5 1/2 hours late! He charged $250 for a $35 electric permit. He gave me no receipt.

Arrived within the window of time provided. Completed the work quickly and was very polite. When finished with the work requested a vacuum to clean the work area. Was willing to remove all the waste created from the project.

He was very professional. We have some stained glass lighting, and he offered to change the bulbs. The pricing was very reasonable. He was here for an hour, and his rate was less than the other estimates I'd gotten.

I called them and they came out the same day to fix the problem. Really professional and friendly service. They were very honest and I would be happy to use them again.

When visiting the initial time they were friendly and professional. They even offered to do some extremely minor work for free. They took the chandelier and it was repaired promptly within the time frame they gave me (2 weeks). However, when the workman returned, only 2 lightbulbs remained in our chandelier (out of 8). When I asked him about this, he claimed that this is how was when he took it. This was of course not true, and I was able to prove it to him that something was amiss because in one of the "candles" there was the screw-in cap from a broken light bulb. Someone along the way broke the lights. He offered to sell lightbulbs to me for some inflated price. I think it was unprofessional after paying this much for a chandelier rewiring (that they even sent out to somewhere else to do the work!), to not return it to me in the condition it was left in, and worse to not offer free bulbs when it as clear there had been a mistake.

I called him at 7 and he came at 2 in the afternoon. He was very thorough and professional.

Without a doubt he was excellent but it was a bit pricey. Very personable.

He did an excellent job. Arrived later than appointment but went right to work and completed projects in timely fashion.

It went very well. He even went to Lowe's Hardware to pick up what we had selected by internet.

Mr Shaffer was very professional in his demeanor, and his approach to the job. He was quick and efficient. His cleanup skills were very good. We were very pleased with the results.

Mr. Electric arrived the same day to fix our light post which was knocked over with wires exposed. They fixed the outdoor light and volunteered to fix our laundry room light also. Great!

Diagnosis was made, rates were provided up front, and completion was done in an excellent time frame.

He showed up on time & did a great job. No problems. Price was set by Lowes.

Very responsive, professional and efficient. Followed-up to inquire if fan was working properly or if I had any questions.

I was so happy about his work on the ceiling fan that I asked him to do other work. Because he was on site he didn't charge me as much. When I compared his price to others, he was very reasonable. He does good work.

Eric was an excellent gentleman to be around. He did good work and cleaned up afterwards. When he was here I had him put up a light fixture in addition to the fans, and he did it with out a problem and let me know ahead of time how much it would cost. He was very professional.

The first visit, Erie was late - and I was his first appointment of the day. I had to call several times because his voicemail box was full. When he finally got here - 4 hours late - he explained he was swamped with bookings from the Lowe's ceiling fan sale. I can sympathize...but he should have called first, to tell me how late he would be. The second time he came out, due to a problem with Lowe's contract, he was again late. I called him - he told me he was in a small accident the night before, and was taking his truck into the shop. Again, he should have called me the night before (his own admission) to let me know. I had taken the day off work, so I insisted he come out. He said he would get his truck serviced, and be out in the afternoon. After multiple calls to him to check status, he was on his way. Then, there was a problem with him and Lowe's that I won't go into here...but very disappointed in service from Mr. Electric. He did install a receptacle.
