"Light fixture fell apart the next day and sparked. Turned off the fuse box switch. Called ERI immediately. Could not return back due to another job. Were scheduled to come back in two weeks after another commercial job at beginning of December. Called back and left several messages to determine status of return visit after the beginning of December date was missed. Nothing. The contractor is a good guy but the Security issue with the back porch light out made me extremely nervous every night and I quickly sought out another contractor to fix the work after the beginning of December date was missed. I understand we are all busy this time of year but a call back with an explanation would have been appreciated."

He did it really quick and it was very neat.  But I think maybe because it was so fast, there was one guy that did the bedroom, the paint bubbled up in a couple of spots. He did say that it should go down completely and if it didn't, to call him back. We had like two spots that didn't but in his defense, I didn't call him back.  I would definitely use them again, but if it happened I would call them back and I think he would make good on it.  They came out pretty quickly to do the work. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work.
