Solution was to apply plastic and sealant to the outside foundation wall and to pipe water away. Also Ever-Dry workers installed sump pumps and perforated pipe around the inside foundation wall (in crawl space), drilled the blocks on the inside to allow any water in the blocks to escape to the sump pumps. The foundation vents were sealed, a dehumidifying system was installed, and heavy vinyl was installed over the floor. The workers were very punctual and courteous. The only improvement would have been if they had done a little better job of removing the building rubble that was uncovered during the foundation trenching."
