I called Indiana Foundation Service and got a representative out the next week. He went over the issue and the solution thoroughly with me. We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum. I cannot recommend this company and this crew enough! We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the whole process. "Our initial encounter w/ Chad was good. We got 3 quotes from different companies, CD & Son was actually the highest $$ but we felt they would do the best job so we hired them. Initially we were happy w/ all the work they did. However, less than 1 year later our driveways' surface is crumbling. We initially contacted Chad via voicemail on 5/21/18 & he called & said he would stop & look at it. He did not. Subsequent calls were not returned. On 6/25/18 we sent him a text w/ picture of driveway. He responded w/ "will have IMI Quality Control look at it". No one came out. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. Due to quality issues & lack of response, we DO NOT recommend this company."
