Jeff reached out after I submitted a form on Angi's List. He and his team were so easy to work with, and I'm very happy with the new deck they built for me! The work was completed in two days (included a whole tear down of my old deck!). His team led by Luis was amazing and kind and professional. Very excited to have my new deck!

No customer service at all.

Jeff charged us $8,000 for what ended up being sub par landscaping work on our front and back yard. He planted a lot of over priced trees and gave us his "verbal guarantee" that the trees were under warranty for 12 months. Well 10 months in the tree in our front yard died out completely so I tried to contact him. Looks like from the other reviews that his "verbal guarantee" means jack squat. He wouldn't answer his phone and only texted me a few times assuring me he would replace the tree. He has been saying that for over a month now and I am done! Do not hire this liar!!

Jeff did a retaining wall for us in 2019. The wall looked great, he even added concrete forms so we could put up fencing at a later date. Here we are, 5 years later, and our retaining was is bowed out about 2 feet and our yard is dissipating. He gave us a verbal 10 year contract. In April of this year my husband reached out to him, several days later he said he would send out an employee. After several attempts to continue contact Jeff to see what our next step would be, he finally sent out an employee of his. His employee determined that the wall needed reinstall and they needed to use rebar and concrete, which was not done the first time. After waiting about a month to hear back, we continually reached out. I called everyday for a week bc he was not responding, so I had to become persistent. Finally he called me and said we would need to get a quote. I reminded him of the verbal 10 year warranty, which he conveniently didn't remember. After continuing to try and figure out what to do next, he continually ignored phonecalls time and time again. Seeing as how his employee says the wall his company installed, needed to be reinstalled with the rebar and concrete, you would like to think he would wanted to make it right. Well he doesn't, so I'm here writing this review I would've preferred to not have to do. The work looked great at first, but couldn't even last 5 years, and it was not cheap. His own employee, upon investigation, made clear that things weren't done correctly. This is a man I would not refer to my worst enemy. Good luck if you have him do any brick and stone work for you.

Absolutely tremendous job!!! Jeff and his crew were excellent in all aspects of our patio project. I plan on hiring him again for future projects.

Jeff responded to my inquiry promptly and came out to look at the job when he said he would. He provided the quote promptly and it was competitive. Jeff even met us at the supplier to help us choose the materials. The work was scheduled and completed timely. The crew was professional and neat. Had an appointment for an estimate 3/30/23 at 1:00. No call,no show! Make arrangements to be home to meet with them and they do this?

They were very professional and did what they promised. the patio came out just as we wanted and was done in one day.

Jeff and his team made sure everything was finished at a level we were very happy with. He was great with communication and they did a great job! I would recommend them!

Retaining Walls were Great.. Chimney repairs were not so great. Would recommend for walls not for brick chimney repair.

Got my wooden retaining wall replaced with cornerstone blocks. Jeff and team did an excellent job. My neighbors also appreciated the work. There was shortage of manpower during the Covid time, however Jeff was in constant touch and made sure that the work is done before Thanksgiving. Took suggestions from Jeff for changes to my deck and constructing a patio. Will be taking up my next project next year spring.

Great advice on updates, on time every time, excellent work - my patios look amazing. Also did a built-in grill and counter, pergola and lighting. Everything looks great!

I had a new pergola installed. It is beautiful cedar pergola. Jeff and crew are very nice and helpful. Honest and they delivered a sturdy, quality, reasonably priced pergola that I will enjoy for years. Jeff is easy to reach and keeps you updated. Mainly,he follows thru on what needs to be done. Highly recommend Leveridge.

My 1985 Rotten Wooden Deck had to go! Researching all the different patio/deck options was a little overwhelming. I had hired Leveridge Landscaping years prior for my front yard landscaping and they did such a beautiful job, that I found another project for them to do in my backyard. Leveridge Landscapingâ s knowledge and creativity helped me narrow down the patio/deck choices to best complement my home. Their team: from the owner to the installers, were patient, respectful, answered all my questions. They helped me find that perfect patio vision that would work best for my needs, wishes and budget. We all like options and I was given 3 very affordable detailed option quotes based on the look I was trying to achieve. Leveridge Landscapingâ s quotes came in under 2 other Concrete Patio vendors. I chose the middle quote. My patio does NOT look like a middle quote. Pictures are better than words, so I have included some below. The quality and value of the work is so much more than I expected or dreamed! The patio is GORGEOUS! Their mastery and precision can only be summed up as they are Artists! They finished a day ahead of schedule, staying the day before until it was completed. The crew meticulously cleaned up after and they went above and beyond and even added topsoil and grass seed around the new patio. My neighborhood is already planning a cookout to break this Patio in, and I canâ t wait to share it with my family. I highly recommend Leveridge Landscaping for ALL your Landscaping needs!

Jeff and his team were great!

After reviewing their current reviews I felt very comfortable hiring them. They came out per the schedule they gave me and completed the work well within the timeframe quoted. We are extremely happy with the quality of work they did. Their crew was very responsive and helpful as they explained how they were rebuilding the frame. We enjoy doing business with them.

Jeff and all his workers were great. They communicated well, explained the process, listened to our requests, answered our questions and followed through in a timely and effective manner. Jeff created a quality screened in porch with all the aspects we requested.

Jeff Leveridge is a straight shooter communicator. He made my patio experience pleasant from start to finish. Even with a plan designed and professionally drawn, (at his suggestion) changes can occur. Jeff and his crew were adaptable, agile, and expedient. The crew treated my patio project like it was theirs. The crew made custom cuts on pavers to make it look beautiful from end to end. Leveridge also worked well with other contractors on the project. He created a solid base and platform for the hot tub to rest on and created an easy access for its installation. Lastly, the clean-up was phenomenal. A lot of soil in the common area was disturbed in the process. Leveridge restored the common area to its original slope and pitch, overseeded and strawed it. This kept me in good standing with my HOA and my neighbors. In closing, I will use them again and most certainly refer them to my guests who will enjoy my patio with me for years to come.

Jeffâ s team replaced my deck with a stamped concrete patio with a built in grill/kitchen, pergola, and lighting. They also replaced my front patio and walk and the whole project is perfect. But the best thing about working with Jeff and his team was the consistent communication and timeliness of everything they did. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned everything up as they worked. Best contractor experience Iâ ve ever had!
