I am still shocked every time I enter them – before I felt like “Indiana Jones” entering the Temple of Doom – now I take my shoes off when I go in. There are projects I have put off for years to improve plumbing and wiring, as well as some minor floor joist repairs, that I look forward to doing now. I really feel like my house has been saved.
