"During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. He did not charge us for his time at all. We could not be happier—he understood better than we did that we didn’t need full appraisal services and met our needs without charging us (though he certainly could have provided services that were unnecessary for our situation and charged us for them, and we wouldn’t have known the difference). This is the very definition of integrity and trustworthiness! We will absolutely call him again."

"Ultimately the wax seal on the toilet needed replacement. Only found that out after paying Service Plus over $5,000 for a replacement tub. This is one of those nightmare repairs you hear about. The repair lasted for months with the repair tech constantly messing up. And in the end the Better Business Bureau had to step in to get Service Plus to complete the repairs. The repairs are now done... improperly (toilet wobbles and is on an angle). And the company DOES NOT stand by their guarantee! If you a misdiagnosed overpriced repair done incorrectly and then be ghosted by the company..then Service Plus is your company!"
