Replaced Thermal Fuse and Thermostat

It went great. He opened up the dryer and didn't find any issues and the buzzing stopped when he was here. He gave me a few ideas as to what could be causing it and gave me an estimate on a motor replacement if that's what it turned out to be later down the line.

They provided a professional, timely estimate.

It was very good and it went very well. They clean and try to fix it but turn out to be quite expensive so we decide to buy a new one and they didn't charged us for the repair.

Turner Appliance was great. Very responsive after making initial call. Our technician Thomas was great. Wore shoe coverings and mask. Was quick and knowledgeable. Would hire Turner Appliance again.

Terrible. This company is only after your $95 initial service visit. Total scam. Technician showed up early (no issue there). Made several rude comments about my fridge being "cheap" because it was made in China and was "not worth repairing". Was in a hurry to get to my CC charge for the $95 as fast as possible. Was there no more than 10 min. and did zero testing or diagnostic on any parts. Simply looked in the back and guessed that I needed a new control board. Said he'd be in touch in the next couple days with info on parts and cost for repair. Never heard from them again. Save your $95 or donate it to charity.

I like that I was given a 2 hour window and not a 4 hour window. Brent called to say he was on the way and showed up when he said he would. He had the dryer apart and the broken switch out in about 15 minutes. He had a replacement in his truck and it was installed and tested within 20 minutes. The price was as quoted and was in the ball park for other estimates I received.

Great! We never had any problems but after 31 years, a piece of paper went down our dryer lint vent and caused a terrible noise being partially caught in the fan. We couldn't use it for fear of fire. Tracy showed up with a great attitude and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had us fixed up in no time and I was back to doing laundry the next day. We would use them again and ask for Tracy!

Steve estimated accurately and was efficient and helpful in expediting service

It ended up coming back on so I didn't keep my appointment with them but they are always super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend them and will call for future appliance issues.

They checked it out and quite honestly told us the transmission was shot. Also said they could fix it but would best to get a new one

The Turner tech botched the installation of my dishwasher. It broke right after he left. In addition, he left a mess of dust and drill shavings all over my cabinet. When I complained about the incompetent tech that broke my appliance and made a mess, I got a weird, unhinged screed response from the dude that manages the place blaming me for the problems his company caused. Really, really, weird. I’d stay away from Turner Appliance. There are several other reputable companies that do this work. Turner Appliance is classless outfit run by a bunch of clowns.

Fine thought price was a little high

The necessary parts were ordered, and the work successfully completed. Professionally handled. The repairman was helpful in answering questions.

Noticed the ice in our freezer was wet one day and items in freezer were soft. By the next day items in refrigerator were warm. Called Turner and they were able to come out within a few days (there was a weekend in between). Jeff was our repairman and he was very polite and efficient. Lucky for us it was an “easy fix” and just needed a part replaced. Whole process was quick and efficient.

Excellent!! On time, and quickly repaired dryer! Thomas was excellent! Even on a Saturday, no extra cost!

Failed part replaced after 20 months, now warranted for 16 more months, pricey service call & hourly charge.

I had called in to Turner Appliance to have someone come out and check my old washer, but found out it would cost more to have it repaired versus purchasing a new one. I purchased my new washer from Turner Appliance, and on the day my new washer was delivered and installed, the installers were very polite and punctual. They were professional, and had it installed very quickly! They, also, disposed of my old washer. I have to say, things went very well!

Had small fire in microwave. Burnt out some sensors / parts. Turner Appliance removed ‘under the cabinet’ above the stove microwave and took to office for repairs. Ordered parts and was able to fix. Brought back and re-mounted. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.

Technician showed up on time and performed repair in a timely manner.

Turner Appliance sent out 2 men to install the unit. First the ladies i n the office at Turner explained the service, cost and time required to complete the job. I received a courtesy call regarding ETA. They arrived shortly after, and the work was completed in an hour. Very impressed!

Assessed problem, ordered part and installed next day.
