Great! Another service center told me I needed rotors!!

They complete good work and are always very good on pricing.  They also keep things clean.

I took my car in for a second opinion. Jess got my car in right away. After checking the brake system it was determined all of the rotors needed to be replaced. Nothing else was needed. I was told at another shop all of the brakes needed to be replaced. Jess provided a quoted. She ordered the parts and my car was done in about a hour. She was very professional and was patient answering my questions. I will take my car there in the future. I highly recommend them.

I went to the dealer for a recall appointment where during a courtsey check, I was asked to replace the rear brake pads, steering wheel fluid, brake fluid and the rear left shock on my odyssey 2004. However, the cost quoted for the same was well above my budget. So I took the car to Ralph's the next day early morning (to make sure that I am ahead in the line on a Saturday). They again examined the car. Suggested that I did not need the steering wheel fluid and replaced all the other parts mentioned above and I was out of the place in couple of hours...

Ralph's Mufflers did a great job on performing a tuneup on my car. They were very timely in their work and their customer service was impeccable. I felt like Ralph's Mufflers actually took the time to care about the issues with my car and didn't take advantage of a woman who had no idea what was wrong with her car. I cannot wait to use them again for all of my car needs. My car is running great now. Thank you, Cole!

I recently just had some things done at Ralph's Muffler shop.  It's in Avon.  I was there probably three weeks ago.  Well when they called me and told me that I probably needed a complete brake job and it was extremely high and when I got there to pick up the car they said it wasn't really necessary right at the moment but I ought to keep an eye on it so  I just thought that was a little wrong.  I would consider using them in the future.

I was referred to Ralph's Muffler and Brake Services in Avon, so I had no previous experience with them.  I called earlier in the week to make an appointment and found out they just take work on a first come, first serve basis.  I was not very excited about that.  I explained what I needed done to my vehicle and they said it would take about an hour, so I said I would bring the car in on Friday and just wait while they did the work.
When I arrived on Friday, I got there a little bit before they opened at 8am because I wanted to be a the front of the line.  There was one other person in front of me when they opened their doors at 8 am.  I spoke with Kurtis at 8:05 am and he took my keys to do the work.  I had brought lots of things to do since I thought I would be waiting for an hour for them to complete the work.  At 8:25 am, Kurtis said, "Ma'am, your car is done."
I walked out paying exactly what I was expecitng to pay, the work was done in a fraction of the time I thought I would wait and the employees at Ralph's were courteous and professional every time I intereacted with them.  I was very pleased with my experience and would go to Ralph's again.

The guys here are honest, fair, and efficient.  The first come first serve model definitely works for me since I have a very random schedule, and they can get you in and out pretty fast.  They determined I needed a new catalytic converter, had one in stock, and replaced it while I waited all under the cost of the dealer who would have had to keep my car a few days.  The laid back casual environment is a plus as well.

I arrived when they opened on a Monday morning. Kurtis assessed my exhaust leak issue quickly, concurred with what I thought was the issue was and where it was, and completed the repair in less than an hour. The speed of the repair and the cost were both very reasonable, and there was no attempt at and quot;upsellingand quot; me any additional services or repairs.
This was my first visit to this business and they have earned my respect. I would recommend them to a friend, which is saying a lot.

Ralph's does most of the regular maintenance for both of my vehicles. They are the most reasonably priced auto service provider I have found around Indy, and much cheaper than the dealer for similar services. Oil changes are usually why I go to Ralph's, but they have also worked on my brakes and other service issues with my car. When I question something, and it really doesn't need fixed, they have been the first to let me know. Also, one time they helped me when it turned out I needed a new engine. They couldn't do the work themselves, but they hooked me up with someone who could. The referral saved me 1/2 the cost for an engine with 1/2 the miles than the dealer wanted me to pay. They are honest, a good value and have never charged more than estimated. For that reason, Ralph's will always be the first shop I check with when I need anything looked at on my cars.

I normally try to do normal maintenance but to access the top mounting bolts of the rear shocks was impossible without having the car on a lift. I took the car to Ralph's in Avon. Tracy Potter had to locate a special air line fitting for the shocks that I had purchased to make it all work. He scoured the town and finally found it and his guys finished the job with no problems. I was charged a small fee over the quoted price because of the time and effort to locate the fitting. They did an outstanding job.

I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to get me in without waiting. He checked my vehicle, quoted a price, I agreed, and he completed the work in less than 45 minutes. Amazing. And the mufler was cheaper than the price he quoted originally.

They are excellent. They just get me right in and out. They are super friendly and they just get right on it. Labor cost extra so they don't waste time on it. They get you right in and out it's always reasonable.
