Ryan and Kyla Rae were very pleasant to work with. Good selection. Explained the differences in the various Oreck models. Was able to purchase the same day and have been very pleased. Also offer online reminders on annual service and they are a great resource for Oreck (and all other) vacuum or cleaning products. Also received a free bag of Oreck filters.

When I brought in the vacuum it was determined that the vacuum needed a cleaning and new filter, which is what I had expected. Even though I was told there might be a slight delay in getting the vacuum back I was pleasantly surprised that it was done just a couple of days later. Everyone in the shop was helpful and professional. I especially appreciated the fact that the gentleman in the store took the vacuum to the car for me. That was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store.

The lady who was in the shop immediately told me how old it was and made some comment about it limping along. It is an older vacuum but works quite well. She tested it and said I would likely need to by a new one. essentially she cleaned it and changed a filter and said if that didn't fix it I would need to buy a new one (about $500-$600 for an equivalent). The problem persisted and so I took it to a friend who is an electrician. He quickly identified that the plug was broken and fixed it for about $20. My belief is that Vacuums and More had little interest in fixing my vacuum and instead just wanted to sell me a new one. For that reason I will not go back.

We were pleased and impressed. The staff members were personable and knowledgeable, they communicated well with us and did excellent work in a timely manner and for a fair price.

I took an ancient canister vacuum in for repair (made during the Hoover administration - pun intended) and they fixed it on the spot within 30 minutes.  Staff was very professional and courteous.

This place is great.  They got me another couple of years out of my Dyson, which I use 2-3 times per week, when I thought it was worn out.  It's a family business and they are very knowledgeable and helpful,great customer service, which is practically non-existent anymore.  I will be buying my new vacuum from them!

Our Dyson vacuum quit operating--power would come off and on.  Called Dyson who advised taking it to one of two repair shops; chose Vacuums and More based on Angie's List ratings.  Took the unit in to the store; the gentlemen there plugged it in, fooled with the power cord for a second, and said the cord had a short.  They installed a new cord (that's even longer than the original) and the vacuum was ready the next day.  Friendly folks; quick and complete service.  We will use them again if needed.

Took Dyson vacuum in for repair as it was making a very loud noise and brush bar would not turn.  I expected to leave the vacuum and pick up another day, but Gerald quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes.  The replacement parts were Dyson brand, and there was no charge for labor.  I was very pleased and highly recommend this business.  I plan to take my other vacuum in soon for a tune-up.
