The gentleman at Ace fixed my one vacuum and identified that my second vacuum had started working again (who knows). I will hire these folks again, no question. They carried my vacuums in for me, repaired them for free, and simply asked that I tell my friends about them. I obviously have. They were professional, kind and knowledgeable. I think they were the best vendors I've ever used from Angie's List. Two BIG thumb's up.

We've been in dire need of a new vacuum and wanted to invest in something that would last. My husband did a lot of research and ended up going over to talk to Ace Vacuums. He had great things to say about them and their customer service and said the owner confirmed his research so I felt good about what my husband narrowed it down to. We went in the next day and I wanted to try the difference between upright and canister vacuums. We ended up getting a Miele upright after trying them out. The price was very close to what we would have found online for the same model. They have the cutest golden doggies in the back and wanted to say hi. We are dog lovers so we love that, and somehow that made me trust the vacuums even more, since we have pet hair issues at home. They even carried the vacuum out to the car for us! Would def recommend them to anyone looking for vacuums or vacuum repair.

Vicki, the owner, was great to work with. She identified a problem with the roller, found the correct belt and they fixed the height adjustment switch. "Everything old is new again!"

My vacuum had stopped working suddenly.? I brought it in and they quickly found that my bag was full and turned off just because of that.? They didn't charge me anything and even gave me a free bag to replace the full one.? I bought some extra bags from them because they were so nice!? I always drive across town from the east side of Carmel so that I can go to Ace Vacuums.? They always go above and beyond on their service...wouldn't use anyone else!

They couldn't have been more helpful---thorough explanations and suggestions and they put the vacuum together for me and put it in my car.  EXCELLENT SERVICE

I picked this provider based on the close proximity to my home and Angie's list ratings.  I went on a Friday afternoon and was told I would receive a call on Saturday either telling me my appliance had been fixed or a part would need to be ordered.  I received a call the next morning saying my vacuum was ready.  On Friday I had set aside an attachment to clean my dryer vent and under difficult places like the refrigerator.  When I arrived to pick up my vacuum it had been fixed and cleaned all at No Charge.  I paid for the attachment and was very pleased to have my vacuum back so quickly.  The owners/employees are very friendly.  I will definitely go back.

Every business, regardless of size, could take a lesson from the wonderful people at ACE vacuum.  They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.  I expected to drop the vacuum off and pick it up a few days later.  To my surprise, they fixed it while I waited!  I can't remember having a more pleasant experience with any business with which I've dealt in the last five years.  Thanks so much for your kind service!  I hope Lucy enjoys her new playmate.

Our home owners association purchased a vacuum from ACE in February 2015.  Due to misuse, it had become clogged and would not work after our attempts to clear it.  
I took it to the store: they came out to car, carried the vacuum into their store, fixed it while I waited and also changed a belt.  
All at no charge  They also carried the vacuum back out to my car!
Extremely pleased with their service when we bought and for the repair.

They were great.  They were friendly, reliable and have quick service.  They fixed it right and did their job.

We liked them. Ray's service is pretty good. He's always been quite helpful and honest, and he even helped me get a vacuum down to UPS.

I called the store based on all the reviews I read online and the gentleman on the phone was so nice!  I brought in my old broken down 10 year old vacuum that I absolutely loved and was worried it was beyond repair.  While it was in the back being repaired my friend and I looked at all of the high quality vacuums they sell and were so impressed with the knowledge they have of all of their products. They are a family owned business, (they even have a dog named Lucy!) and just like every other review you will read on here, their customer service is incredible. They even carried my vacuum out to my car!  You don't find places like this anymore.  I will definitely be back and this time it will be to purchase a Miele vacuum cleaner.  If you are in the market for a new vacuum cleaner or need your old one repaired, make sure you visit this store. You won't be disappointed!
