Great service! Very friendly and service oriented staff. I really like vacuum cleaners and I enjoyed learning about the pros and cons of different types. The sale came with a 3 year free service warranty. I believe Cleary's is an honest and dedicated company and I highly recommend them for vacuum service and sales.

Originally, I contacted Mike Cleary because his store was the closest authorized repair shop for my 4 yo Bissell. Mike was very pleasant on the phone, listened to my issue, gave good advice and fair labor quotes. When I took the machine in, he was able to diagnose it quickly and explain things thoroughly, but the repair was not worth making on a machine that was falling apart. He gave me a great price on a little Hoover that I have been so pleased with - and use often as I run an in-home childcare.  He was also able to recycle my old machine give me advice on how to get the most out of the new one. He and his friendly staff made my daughter and I feel welcomed from the time we walked in and we will undoubtably be back!

I wasn't sure how much the vacuum was actually worth since we did not purchase. Once I found out that it was a pretty high end vacuum is was cheaper to replace motor then buy new. The repair was finished sooner than estimated and done at a very reasonable price! Great customer service and communication!!!

They had been here once before. They have always solved the problem. There was a clogged central vacuum that they were able to fix to make the vacuum functional again.

They were prompt, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future. They are well worth the drive!!

Our 15+ year-old Maytag washer suddenly stopped.  I found an appliance service deal on Angie's List, paid for it on Wednesday, and he was here Friday afternoon, as arranged.  He found a worn-out belt and a moaning motor, which was totally exhausted.
Upon return to his shop he found the belt available, but the motor hadn't been in production for 10 years, and informed us we would need to get a replacement washer, unless we wanted a used motor, which he didn't recommend.
He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

They were incredibly patient and very knowledgeable.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called ahead to make sure they still serviced Bissell carpet cleaners and was told yes.  When we dropped it off the "next day" we were told they were moving to the south side of Indianapolis.  That was disappointing, but the gentlemen did do the right thing and met us in the Castleton area after they serviced it.  The first time we used it, it still would not dispense water or solution.  I called them and asked if they warranted their work and explained it was still not working.  The gentlemen clearly stated "what do you expect, it's a Bissell and did you use distilled water?"  I was shocked by his attitude and response.  No one goes out and buys distilled water for their carpet cleaners.  He definitely had an attitude and it was not worthy driving 50 minutes (one way) to have them warrant the work.  I have written Bissell and let them know is not a reputable service location with an attitude toward their customers.  I have used Bissell products and carpet cleaners for almost 20 years.  This was a first! 

Our cord stopped automatically coiling with the push of the buttom on the vacuum cleaner.  They had it fixed with in two business days.  I would use them again to fix our vacuum.

I TOOK THE POWERHEAD AND HOSE TO MY CENTRAL VACCUM IN TO THEM.  I HAD TALKED WITH TWO 800 NUMBERS REGARDING MY PROBLEMS-SOLUTIONS AND PRICING TO REPAIR IT.  THE PERSON I DEALT WITH AT CLEARYS WAS HONEST PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME A REASONABLE SOLUTION AS WELL AS A FAIR PRICE.  I HAD NEVER BEEN TO THEM AND I WILL GO BACK WITH MY OTHER VACCUMS WHEN THEY NEED REPAIR.

This company is unbelievable!  I bought a sweeper there but it wasn't the right one for my needs.  They let me exchange sweepers with no problem.  On other visits to the company, I experienced total honesty in my business dealings with them and cooperation without question.  They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone.  They have my business forever.  I won't be going to any other vacuum company for any service or needs but them in the future.  It's hard to find a company this day and age with such high integrity!!

I had taken my 3 non-functioning  Simplicity vacuum cleaners back to the store from which I had purchased them in the past.  This store is located just east of 10th & Post Rd., and my past experience with this business had been good.  I believe they are the only vendor that sells the Simplicity brand in Indianapolis.  Based on my recent experience there this past Saturday, they have lost my business for good.  I loaded the vacuums back in my car, and headed south to Cleary's on Madison.  
I was immediately met with a smiling employee, who asked how he could help me.  After explaining the problem (as I had at the other place), the employee went to my car, unloaded the vacuums, and brought them into the store.  He said he thought he knew what was wrong, plugged in each sweeper, pressed the override button, and each sweeper started up!
The great service continues....Right as I'm standing there, this guy opens up each sweeper, looks it over, recommends the service he believes is needed, and ballparks a very reasonable estimate.  These Simplicity sweepers are wonderful, and if it takes $40, $50, $60 to get them working again, I thought that it was well worth the investment.
One sweeper is back already, working just fine.  For the others, parts had to be ordered.  The expected repair cost for each sweeper was ballparked at around $50 - $60.  These people know vacuums, provide great customer service, and the prices are fair.  Oh, and when I picked up my sweeper this evening, the 80 year old owner who has been in the business for 60 years loaded my vacuum into my car.
