We had to get our fireplace up to code and wanted to convert it to gas logs in the process. We had our chimney partially rebuilt and waterproofed, and had a gas line run in our basement. Both crews did a great job. They were friendly, professional and clean.

They come out for maintenance work. They are flexible with their appointments and have been easy to work with. They are on time and their work has always been satisfactory.

They came in, in the morning and laid plastic over all my carpeting.  Hauled out the extremely heavy cast iron insert and proceeded to install the gas line.    When they were done they were very articulate in cleaning up.

It went very well. The technician first serviced the furnace and then spent a lot of time cleaning and servicing our vent-free fireplace logs. I had been smelling gas and he took a long time to make sure all the connections were tight and checked them with a meter that detects natural gas.

The A/C quit working and called Mowery to have it checked out ( they had taken care of it previously)  and found leak in unit, also the beginning of mold. So it had to go. A few days later the installers showed and spent the day working to remove old unit and install new one.

Tom was OUTSTANDING!  He checked everything out... and sat down and explained the entire system to me.  I felt stupid not knowing anything about it... but Tom was patient with me and helped me even light it a couple of times until I was comfortable.  Great customer service!

I called for a gas log inspection/cleaning on Monday and they were able to come out the very next day, which was very surprising. The window is a big long (noon - 6pm), but the tech arrived at 3pm so it was great. Bonus that I got a call in advance to know he was on the way. We tried them last...

The technician was great. This was totally operator (me) error and he was very patient about showing me how to work all the controls of the fireplace. He checked things out to make sure there were not any problems.
