On Thursday night our furnace stopped producing heat. We called True Temp on Friday morning around 9:00am and they had a technician out by 1:00pm. He was friendly, got the job done quickly, and spent extra time making sure there were no other issues. I was given a direct number to call if there were any other issues with our furnace. Price was reasonable.

He picked up parts for our old unit and installed them the day after his initial visit. Most people tend to order parts and wait for them to come in, he actually drove to pick them up. He was very understanding about getting our AC working asap because of the hot weather. Afterwords, he was very generous in answering any questions I had concerning HVAC, and I had plenty! Amazing, top-notch service, highly recommended!

They were the only company I called that didn't start with the maximum cost of a furnace to get a rebate from taxes. Everyone else started from the max and then took off the assumed deduction to end up with actual cost. True Temp did not start high. They did give a reasonable estimate before rebate. Installation went quickly. The next day, the furnace stopped working. It turns out they used 2" pipe when the requirement for our home was 3" pipe. They came to fix that. Several months later, we working on our basement and discovered a pipe from the heater dripping water. We called them out, and found that they did not glue the exhaust pipe and condensation had been dripping into our ceiling tiles. They wanted to charge us to fix it. We said it should be fixed free, as it was their error. They sent out someone (I think he said he was the owner's son) who looked at the work and discovered none of it had been glued. He fixed it, and told my husband he'd take care of the billing. A few months later, we were getting bills again. I sent back a response that I did not feel we had to pay for the extra visits, since the job was done incorrectly and they were fixing their mistakes. Since then, our furnace has quit 3 times, and we have discovered that the pipe distance to the outside intake is too long. Every time you use a 90 degree elbow you lose a certain number of feet off the maximum distance. We are right at, or most likely over that max. Also, the installation guide says that the 3" pipe needs to be as close to the opening of the furnace as possible. They left it at a two inch pipe for almost two feet. This causes intake issues. Our intake has seven 90 degree angles. This also should have been done with 45 degree angles to allow for a better flow, especially at larger distances. Due to their lack of integrity in admitting they did the work badly, we will not be contacting them for the repair.

I spent $3795 before the government rebate. They were pretty good. I got 7 quotes before I got the work done. Every other company quoted at around $5000 and this company?s quote was $3295 before the rebate. Their price was lesser than the others before the rebate. They had a good rating on the list. I had some questions for them and they answered them all. My husband is an engineer and is very particular. They came out and did have the thermostat but got the part and came out and completed the work. We have been very happy with them. They were very professional. I would use them in the future.

Furnace wasn't functioning when we arrived home after work. Called & asked for a return call if could come out. Called back - came out within approx. an hour. Replaced a part & had furnace functioning within approx. 45 minutes. Very pleased with how quickly they could come out.

He was extermely punctual and explained to me everything that he did to get it ready for winter. He explained to me when I would need to change out the humidifer pad. With all that he did and as long as it takes to do an oil furnace, it just purrs where before it was making noises and I would here it. It's just wonderful!

I am very happy with the heat pump and the work they did. We had Tiger and Andrew install the heat pump. Jeremiah pulled the air conditioner. All three had assisted in installing the furnace three years ago. They were very, very nice. I also appreciated that they came in lower than the other companies I looked into on the List. They did not cut corners. Andrew did some repair work which he was not responsible for, which was really neat of him; leaving it better than how they found it. Dawn is the office manager and is great at follow-up. She is great at communicating and touches base with the customer.

Overall extremely satisfied. Much less costly than the other two quotes I received. They were much more thorough doing the initial walk-through to give estimate. Prompt and knowledgeable returning/answering all calls and questions. I will definitely use them for all of my HVAC services and refer them to any that ask.

I was very pleased with the experience. Their estimate was the best out of three companies. The workmen were prompt, courteous, and left the area clean.
