They came out on the 6th and after 3min here, they said they were going to send the report to AHS. 48 hours later AHS was still waiting on report. After almost 72 hours, they finally sent it and it was partially approved. The out of pocket was $475. I called them to see what the charges were for, and that was the only time they quickly answered my call and the last. I accepted the charges and they said they would call me to schedule an appointment once the parts arrived. 2 weeks later and nothing. I called and left a voicemail. Nothing. On Aug 26, AHS said the system shows the part as “delivered at shop” on Aug 22 and they had to confirm with tech but would call me back as soon as they did. I called AHS every day from the 26 to the 30th only to be told the same thing. Today, still no hot water and no return call from this comp"
