"An Inspection was performed on a client's home recently for the purpose of selling it. Upon Inspection it was discovered that the bathroom vents were venting in the attic. In 2014 Klean Restoration talked my elderly client into installing an powered ventilator in the attic in lieu of venting the bathroom vents to the soffits. When it was discovered that the ventilator was not serving the purpose it was suppose to, I called Klean Restoration. It took 5 phone calls to talk to the owner as I was told by his assistant Casey that the owner doesn't take calls from customers. When asked about the purpose of installing the powered ventilator, the owner and his assistant, Casey, could not explain why such a system would be installed in the attic. The owner's assistant stated that the employee that use to install this ventilator system was no longer with the company, therefore they were unable answer any questions. When asked if someone could schedule an appointment to visit the home, she refused to schedule it and said that they were too busy. It appeared that Klean Restoration did not want to take responsibility for selling an elderly couple an ineffective piece of equipment. The owner and his assistant were very rude. I would never recommend them."

"Curt and his team were amazing! Our house was 2400 sq ft and after moving ourselves out and into a storage unit, I was exhausted. I am so thankful I hired Alternative Cleaning prior to come in the day after we moved out to clean. Curt was very responsive and let me know when the crew would arrive at our house. They professionally cleaned the carpets, cleaned 2.5 bathrooms perfectly, cleaned out all the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned the sinks, cleaned all appliances, the floors downstairs, etc. I am so happy with the cleaning and would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned.
