Cleaner Floors

Went very well. John, the owner and his assistant arrived on time. They did a nice job, our carpets are about 10 years old and the cleaning was definitely an improvement! I would hire Cleaner Floors again!

John came and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Then he showed up on the agreed date and cleaned the flooring requested. The floors look amazing and some stains that weren’t removed with a prior company were removed with John’s process. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend.

These guys are really the best. Have had them several times. Totally trust them. They are always on time within the minute. Don't give you a window of time give you a specific time. They can clean anything and the price is great.

Wow they were great! John and Conner were very nice. I left my vacant rental property open so they could start before I would arrive and I felt at ease doing so. The carpets turned out great, they did an awesome job on kitchen tile that was dirty and not sealed. It freaked everything up before my new tenants. They then went out of their way to drive to my personal home and clean a few rugs. John and Conner go above and beyond in their service and communication. Price was competitive and coupled with all the great reviews, it was a no brained. So glad I used them. Storing their number for future use!

They came out on a Thursday and Saturday morning! Back to Back! Cleaner floors did a GREAT job and are SUPER RESPONSIVE! And the OWNERS do the cleaning, not employees. They are very trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend!

Great. We had concerns about the chemicals they would use as there are people under our roof who are very sensitive to chemicals. The owner researched this and when I asked him about this before they started cleaning, he said that they would just use vinegar instead of the chemicals they ordinarily use. That suited us just fine, so we happily agreed. The guys were polite, professional, and courteous. We had family members at home at the time who were using some of the rooms that needed to be cleaned, and the guys worked around our schedule with no issues. Near the end, they asked if we were satisfied with the results, and offered to do a second pass on any areas that we thought needed it - but they had some such a good job that there wasn't much of a need for this. Still, we appreciated the extra effort to make sure we were happy with the results. Overall we were very happy with the job they did and the overall experience, and would gladly hire them again and recommend them to others.

We purchased a new home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Connor was more than professional and worked with us to make our timeline work. He arrived promptly and did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new, we were shocked! The price he quoted was more than fair. I would most definitely rehire Cleaner Floors, and will definitely refer my friends to them in the future.

They did an amazing job. They arrived right on time 8:00 am and did not leave until noon. I was worried I was going to have to get rid of some of my carpet. We have a new pup that was not easy to potty train. They got every stain out. Great value. Super nice guys.

Excellent service. John and Connor did a wonderful job. They were prompt and very professional. They were polite and courteous, easy to have working in our home. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and explained what they were doing and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. It was easy to see that they take pride in their work and want customers to be happy with the finished product. Our family room carpet looks brand new. We will definitely use them again and will gladly recommend them to others.
