"This review is infuriating, and I have to apologize for my frankness in this response. First off, I sent the first crew out and she informed them they were only to spend two hours, when I informed her it would be a 3-4 hour job at the estimate. This limited the product we put out because of the time restraint, but we did what we could with the amount of time we had. I did a follow up call to see how everything went, and she had a number of complaints. Even though I knew the reason for these issues was that she made them stop before they were finished, I still offered to have a new crew out to do the areas she was unhappy with free of charge. I sent out one of my most experienced crews (20+ A reviews and only one other which was a B) to "re-clean" some areas. They were there for over 2 hours ($200+ value), and did everything she asked. They did a walk through asking her if there was absolutely anything that needed more attention. There was no time constraint, and they were allowed to spend as much time needed to get it finished. She said everything looked good so they left. Not sure what else could have been done. As for the shower, my supervisor spent an hour cleaning it. The client had mold that formed underneath the caulking making it look black, and the only way to fix this is to rip it out and re-caulk. I talked to my employee while she was there and told her to do her best because we obviously are not in the caulking business. I have never, in over five years, heard anything but raving reviews on this employees shower cleaning. Also, to leave an F review because of one small area of your house didn't meet your unreasonable expectations would seem a bit harsh to any rational person. I know she was happy with everything else in her house, but no mention of the other 99% of the home that was left in perfect condition. Throughout the entire process, myself and staff were treated very rude. She yelled and belittled. When you hear people say, "you cannot please everyone" this is who they are referring to. We went above and beyond to try to please her, and gave her two hours of free cleaning. There is absolutely nothing else that could have been done. I have tried to call her multiple times since this all happened but have yet to get a response. I will chalk it up to a lost cause, and will not be servicing her again. Obviously hundreds of satisfied customers (the two reviews sandwiching this start with the words fantastic and excellent) are more reliable than this one individual. I tried my best on this one, but cannot do anything when someone is the definition of impossible to please. I stand by all work performed, and will always do anything to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was unable to do that here, but as our review history proves, this is a very small minority. Ken Leffel-Owner"
