Would 100% hire again. Professional and timely! Fantastic experience! One year after building our home, half of it burnt down. So, not only was this devastating, but we needed to ensure that any work done was up to par, or better, than the original construction. They delivered and then some. This restoration company went above and beyond in fixing up my place after a fire. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. Now, my house feels completely renewed, and I couldn't be happier with their excellent service. Additionally, we added space above our garage as well as an outside balcony with stairs and we are more than thrilled with the result. Also, Mike (one of the workers) is the hardest working man in the construction business. Highly recommend them for anyone needing restoration or upgrades!

No transparency, no accountability, Alan blames the customer instead of being honest about they delays, and mistakes. I can’t even get lists of what all has been trashed, credited, and what is being cleaned and how. Currently I have asked them to remove their 1 piece of equipment, that oddly isn’t even running (so why was it left?), and bring my belongings back and it’s been 6 weeks and they have not even responded and no work has been done. But they send an outrageous bill. He keeps telling people I locked him out, which isn’t true, but that’s not the point, he didn’t contact me even once about it or ask me to let him in. I had to contact him to find out what was going on. Someone needs to get in touch with me and let me know when my belongings will be brought back. I’m tired of them holding my things hostage. I’m checking into them trying to make these fraudulent charges! I’ve asked for a list of everything in their possession, what service was done, and it’s current condition as well as a list of things thrown away which should have been approved and comped by the adjuster. The company is only out for money and that’s it. Comes in starts tearing out everything without letting customer know. Will charge for work not preformed ( so make sure you double check their invoice)

The work is still not complete. Getting ahold of the project manager or the owner (his brother) is like pulling teeth. It has been one week since I last heard from the PM and 2 weeks since I asked the owner to call me. We are 13 weeks into the project and over one month behind their due date. There is sill significant work to be done or redone, as it was done incorrectly or extremely poorly the first time around. Cost estimates exceeded what my insurance provided, which was done in partnership with ServiceMaster. They have “fiddled” with math many times, each time creating discrepancies somehow increasing the overhead and profit. There has not been one item I can think of that was done correctly from start to finish. This is a circus. While I have zero experience in this area, I’ve had to correct the pm from ordering the wrong size cabinet, point out flooring install was done incorrectly and with mistakes, same with painting( ceiling, light fixtures...) it is not an exaggeration to say that everything had issues. Not to mention he had painters come before other workers who then ruined the paint job and had them come back before noticing the flooring was incorrect. Now it has to be ripped out, painted for third time. Cleaning job was done by inexperienced crew and at least half of My rooms we’re not touched. My dining table is damaged and material left for me from mg original flooring install one year ago was ripped open and used by this crew without my permission... and they charged me for it as if it was theirs! They are professional, but their word is meaningless. I urge you to save yourself time, money, and the value of your home. My light fixtures were left crooked, others never put in place. Door hinges ALL left partially out. Every trash can in my house was filled to the brim, with toilet paper and food hanging out.

Discovered my basement was flooded on a Friday evening when the power was out at my house. Called ServiceMaster late on Friday and talked to Bryce. He kept in contact with me until they were able to get to my house the next day. They quickly got the water out of my basement and began clearing out damaged items. They started drying that night and kept it up until the following Friday. Every visit was professional and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Leak started 8/15/2016. Called ServiceMasters and Bob was here in about an hour to begin drying the area. Bryce came daily to check progress. Drying complete by 8/20/2016.
