Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

Tracy was contacted on Monday and he reviewed the project on Tuesday afternoon.  He and his crew were back on Friday as was agreed.  They were "on time" and demonstrated a thoroughness in their efforts to stretch the carpets in the proper manner and were extremely diligent to install the living room custom edging to our great satisfaction.
