Almighty Cleaning Crew

two women showed up promptly at agreed upon time equipped with their own supplies. We discussed what needed to be done and I told them I would be back in two hours. When I returned - they had been able to do everything I asked for - we did a quick walk through and looked at everything. They were both polite and professional and I felt they did a great job.

I purchased a Living Social coupon to have this service come out and clean my house. I called August 2, 2013 at 1:46, left message, and received no followup call. Of course the coupon expired on August 13th. I called again on August 22, 3:24 in the afternoon, left message, and I have yet to receive a call. I am now on the phone with Living Social to ask for my money back. There is no way in the world I would even want to apply the money paid for the coupon to a regular price of cleaning. I would not want the service in my house. If they can't be trusted to return calls and fulfill promises of coupon purchases, they cannot be trusted to come into my family's home. They do not answer their phone and they do not return calls. I am sure, if they respond to this review, that they will apologize for not returning my call and use as an excuse that they received so many calls for the coupon that they did not have time to call me back. What do you think will happen if you do a coupon deal? Besides, how hard is it, while you are driving to a house to clean, to call on your cell phone? I will not and would not hire them again.

Paid for a three hour cleaning, was promised a three person crew; received a 2 person crew. Did not show up on the first appointment day, had to call and inquire 45minutes after the initial appointment time to follow up. Rescheduled for another time and then had to reschedule for another time. Day of service request: Dusting and Bathrooms (4bdr house; 2.5 bathrooms; 2450 soft) List of things left Undone upon then departure: 1). Three bedrooms and the loft were not touched at ALL 2). Tub in master bathroom NOT CLEANED 3). Light fixtures or ceiling fans were not touched. 4). Night stands were not cleaned in Master 5). Mirrors in Master List of things done: 1). One and half bathrooms 2). Living room furniture downstairs 3). Window seals downstairs and in master. Things that were done were done nicely! Crew took a 25 minute break in the middle of the three hour duty. Upon arrival took 30 minutes to explain what I needed, they wrote it down and to get prepared, I guess my time started there. Totaling 1 hour of fluff, did not complete job! House was left practically like I had it accept for 1.5 bathrooms. I could not tell that the house had even been cleaned. The crew told me that they had run out of time! Crew is very nice and apologized! Still not acceptable when the job is not complete!!!!

they did 3 hours of cleaning back in March and I would give them an A rating. I will continue to use them.
