James did a quick & efficient job of cleaning the carpet squares, put plastic under all of the furniture legs while it dried & spayed it with a stain resistant spray, per our request, for a slight up charge. They gave us an estimate over the phone beforehand & the cost was exactly that. I would have them again.

Didn't show up and did not call to cancel. I called at 10:30, no one answered so left msg. At 11:10 I called again and no one answered and left msg. No one has called me back so I will never try and use them again

Daniel & James were explemplary. . They were courteous, professional & very thorough. I will most definitely hire them for the next cleaning. Daniel gave me an assessment of my carpet’s condition, which was better than I anticipated. They completed the work in a timely matter & even took time to pet the dog. ?

Daniel was out 14 Aug to shampoo a section of carpeting. He was on time and did a very good job. I had asked him to price a couch that the cat had done her business on - probably several times. He cleaned the couch for free because the appointment had originally been scheduled for the previous afternoon and he ran into a problem. When he realized this, he called right away and we set up a new appointment. I was impressed with this, and with the work. I gave him an A in his review. But with all the high humidity over the last several weeks, the moisture in the air drew out the odor. Now, unless the AC is running or the humidity is low, a smell is still there -- though weaker. I have been trying to reach Daniel since 30 Aug, via email, with no response. The work had a warranty, and the warranty has expired, so ever though he did not originally charge me for the work on the couch, I still expect a charge for this next visit, which seemed fair, and told him so in my emails. But he has not responded to any of my emails in any way! (I prefer not to use the phone if I can help it.) To be fair, he was very responsive and kept in contact when I set up the original appointment, so I do not know why there is a problem now -- mostly because I have not heard from him. If I had not used him before, I would have rated him an F!

This review comes with an important caveat: originally, we had an appointment for 17 Aug, at noon. We had a time crunch -- the work was to be a surprise for my wife, who would be home before 5pm. Daniel call me, and let me know he was behind schedule, so was rescheduled for 10am the next morning, giving us plenty of time. On Friday he was on the nose for when he had said he would be here, and he gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. The carpet turned out excellent! We have an area rug, and beneath it the carpet was pristine. The carpet around it had seen foot traffic -- and showed it. When he was done there was no difference between the two areas. PLUS, he cleaned to couch gratis, to make up for his issues the prior day. I waited a week to write this review to see if the urine smell -- which is a fight -- would return to the couch. It did NOT!

They never showed up and I had used them before

I scheduled an appointment with them that they didn't show up for. I tried calling them and they didn't answer, and I wasn't able to leave a voicemail since their mailbox was full.

Excellent job. I love that the technicians showed me there badges and certifications upon arrival to our home.

I was very pleased with their professional and customer service. Technicians Called before arriving and were on time. My carpet practically looks new again! I will be having Daniel and his team back out soon to clean my tile and grout. I would highly recommend this company.

They showed up on-time, were very professional, and they only took about 1 1/2 hours, which is what they estimated. The only 2 areas that were slightly disappointing were; 1) the heavy traffic took a full 24 hours before they were completely dry, and 2) one of the 4 chair seats was still streaked.
