They stained my oriental rug and claimed it was abrash. Their cleaning process also stretched and added lots of wear to my antique rug. My oriental rug had handprints and stains after it was picked up. They acted like they were doing me a favor re cleaning it and delivering it to me. After inspection of the rug washed the second time, stains were present and the delivery guys couldn’t explain what it was. They said the owner would come out which he never did. Now I have rugs that are ruined. I think this company is unethical. It is hard to imagine they have so many positive reviews based on the way this case was handled.

Sani-Bright is a very customer focused operation. They provide a lot of information on the phone, show up on time and keep to their time line. I had an elderly dog who had urinated on a couple of area rugs. The rugs were cleaned and the urine smell removed. I was very happy with the results.

Went well. Would have liked to see more attention paid to the areas under the door going into utility room and guest closet in LR. The gentleman said it wouldn't clean up. I cleaned it up to where it looked a little better after he left.

"Thank you for the feedback! Those concerns in question are called filtration staining. Your carpeting acts as a filter for your home. As the air passes through the carpeting, the dust and any particles in the air are left behind - on the carpeting. They are best managed by frequent vacuuming. Unfortunately, by the time you are seeing these concerns along baseboards and door ways they are likely permanent. We are very limited with what can be done. Regular carpet cleaning can help to possibly lighten those concerns but it is not something that can guaranteed. We do appreciate your business and are looking forward to working with you again!"

Fantastic experience. The gentlemen who did the work was courteous, helpful and professional. The outcome exceeded expectations. He did a great job cleaning the carpets,l and removing some stubborn stains. This is the second time we have used this company and would recommend them highly.

They are all A's. Mine was $277 it is because they put down special stuff for my pet. There is an extra charge to do the stuff for my dogs. They spot clean too. I like the guy that does the work and my account is noted that he is the one to come out and do the work. They are very punctual and they give me a time window. He will call and tell me when he will come exactly. They are very professional, and thorough.

They left streaks and brown marks on the floor. The floor is not shiny the way it use to be, it is all dull. The guy they sent out didn't know how to clean the floor, he'd only done it once or twice. They didn't give me someone that was experienced in cleaning that kind of floor.

Both services were performed well and in a professional manner; however, the cost of the hardwood floor cleaning was far more than we were led to believe it would be. The technician graciously offered to defer the hardwood floor cleaning, but since we were putting the house on the market the following day, we felt we had no choice but to pay the price.
