Curt and his team were amazing! Our house was 2400 sq ft and after moving ourselves out and into a storage unit, I was exhausted. I am so thankful I hired Alternative Cleaning prior to come in the day after we moved out to clean. Curt was very responsive and let me know when the crew would arrive at our house. They professionally cleaned the carpets, cleaned 2.5 bathrooms perfectly, cleaned out all the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned the sinks, cleaned all appliances, the floors downstairs, etc. I am so happy with the cleaning and would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned. We have used them twice now and both times have had excellent results with their cleaning service. They made our floors look almost like new again. On time and on budget.

They were very good. Nothing stands out. They were just sincere and tried to do a good job. It was a reasonable price.

They did a reasonably good job. We thought they were going to clean our blinds but we did not specify. Nothing is 100% perfect but they did a good job. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The service went well. They cleaned the windows. I did mention to them about the blinds, but they did not know they were supposed to clean them. I feel that next time we would want to have them clean the blinds as well, but overall they did a good job.

We're happy with them. We've used them for years. It's been great. They're really thorough. They come and clean everything with no complaints. They show up when they say they're going to show up.

I called ACI about a week before I was having a party, to see if they could clean the windows in my sunroom, which includes some windows that require a ladder to clean. They were able to schedule me in time for my event and Aaron did a very good job. I had used the company before, and would use them again.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I also checked them out on Angie's List. Aaron was great to work with. They responded to my request promptly and had an estimate quickly. He confirmed the appointment on the day prior to the work.
The guys came when I was told they would. I called far enough in advance that they were able to do the work on they day I requested. 2 guys came. One worked the outside and other the inside. They were efficient and worked hard. It was tedious job and they kept at it. They made sure they had all of their equipment when they were done.
The windows looked fabulous when they were finished. Didn't realize how dirty they were - until they were nice and clean.

Returned them to us and helped to lay them down.

Eric was on time, polite, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions. He worked hard in high temperatures 90 degrees and completed the job in a top quality efficient manner.

Aaron was on time cheerful and he spent all day working very hard to get our carpets cleaned. he performed a miracle.

Eric the cleaner got right to work. The dog's urine stain came out and have not come back. Everything came clean beautifully and my 20 year old sofa looks like new. Eric was thorough and courteous.

As usual, alternative cleaning were able to clean carpets to the point of looking almost new. Once again they saved me from having to replace the carpets, which were very soiled.

On time and everything was fine except the "window wells" were serviced.

Being doing windows and gutter cleaning for me for several seasons. Always polite and on time. They call to let me know when to expect them. Only one time they were here uninformed and did get a call about 30minutes delay.

Service was very good but difficult to reach people at office and did not give out cell phone.

UPDATE:
They re-worked their phone system since we originally communicated and they have greatly improved on their service. They returned to work on the clubhouse in our condiminium association. I didn't feel that a and quot;Band quot; correctly reflects their service, so I have changed the report to an and quot;Aand quot; experience. They really are an excellent company.

The cleaner was very professional, customer oriented and had reasonable prices.

They were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. We would highly reccommend them to anyone else.
