Oscar and his team did an amazing job. After I submitted my information, he was the first to contact me out of all pros, within one hour! The next call I received was the next day. Once I hired their company, they communicated throughout the entire process up to finishing the cleaning. I arrived and my home was spotless. They provided the best cleaning services I have ever witnessed. I would definitely hire again. I had rings in toilet that I could not remove, shower had the same issues, and my stainless steel sink looked brand new. Amazing work and they will be my cleaning professionals from here on out. I am pleased from top to bottom!

Garcia Cleaning always does a wonderful job on our rental properties between tenants. Because of the professional job they do, we are able to turn over our rental properties faster and we constantly get remarks from new tenants regarding how clean the houses are when they move in.

I knew I had hit the "cleaner's jackpot" when Oscar (of Garcia Sparkle, owner) was cleaning my laminate floor and I noticed him on his hands and knees with a flashlight checking for dust bunnies under the bed. Now that's thorough. Oscar and his wife Marta are reliable, honest and reasonable priced. Marta is especially meticulous in bathrooms and both are physically fit and strong. They bring their own supplies and work tirelessly until the job is done. They do not send other people in their place. If any spot is missed, they gladly go back over it. Also, Oscar will be extra jobs if needed. They are family oriented and kind to any animals in your home. I highly recommend them

Mr. Garcia was very responsive each time I called him and we settled on a date. He gave me a good price and a discount since I have a smallish place and he and his crew did a good job. Unfortunately it was above what I can afford on a regular basis but he came well recommended on Angie's list and was bonded and insured so I felt confident he would do a good job since I have not been able to find cleaner for several months, and he did.

Fantastic! I am really particular about my house cleaning results. In the past, through some services I hired, I have felt I could have done a better job myself. However, with chronic back pain issues, I do not always have that option. I appreciate the fact that I always have the same crew coming out and they do a wonderful job; even better than I can do myself.

Quite well. They worked steadily as they moved through both floors, three and half baths, plus the usuals.

Prompt, professional, efficient, polite, detailed, and they do the best job of any company we have ever used and will continue to be our house cleaners.

First week went well with some homeowner input as to expectations and specific areas of concern. After visit, homeowner discovered metal around light fixture in shower was seemingly blistered probably from a cleaning agent that had not been wiped off. Second week visit, the damage to the light fixture was shown and that we would work out how we would deal with it sometime in the future. Oscar was told that we wanted him to be successful and appreciated his effort. At the end of the visit Oscar was shown a couple of previously pointed out things that had not been corrected, although they were minor. The third visit never happened. They never showed up and never called or left a message.

Garcia Sparkle is excellent at their work. Oscar Garcia is easy to work with, provides excellent communication, and is prompt and professional; not to mention an infectious smile on arrival. We have a standing 3-week appointment with Garcia Sparkle and we continue to be thrilled with the end result which is a clean house (top-to-bottom) and a worry-free experience. I could not recommend Garcia Sparkle highly enough. This is our first experience with professional housecleaning and we couldn't be happier. Oscar personally came out to provide an initial estimate, we completed walkthrough to discuss ares of focus, and set our first appointment for deep-clean; from there we complete cleaning every 3 weeks (I appreciate that flexibility to set our interval). They came on time and did exactly what my house needed. Oscar Garcia comes with two women and the three of the cleaned my entire house in a little over an our. As he explained it, one does floors, another dusting, another vacuuming, and each is a specialist in that area. They even helped with suggestions and Oscar offered to help with whatever I needed. The price was good, I will hire them regularly but my cleaning woman has recovered and wants to come back to work, and I owe her for her loyalty.

Highly Recommend! Oscar and crew do a quality job for me monthly; after they finish I feel I’m in an upscale well cleaned hotel room. They are detailed workers and certainly meet my expectations, sometimes exceeding them. If you a looking for a housekeeping company that is dependable, personable and eager to do a good job, you should talk with Oscar.

Oscar and Marta Garcia are very nice people, but the job they did in my house was so sub-par I didn't want to have them come back. They couldn't get the floors clean, and when they left I went into the kitchen - and construction dust was still on the dirty sink and faucet. (A handyman had just installed under cabinet lighting.) I was very disappointed.

I was extremely pleased with Oscar and his team's cleaning. I have tried several different cleaning companies, which I have found on Angie's List over many years, and Garcia Spark was significantly better than any of the numerous companies I have tried. In addition to them doing such a better job, Oscar could not have been nicer about any of my requests. Strongly recommend them!!!

Oscar comes to the house regularly. They do great work.

Very well. Oscar is very nice as was his two employees! They fit me in their schedule and came out on a Saturday just for me. If I was to critique anything it would be that I prefer my floors to be hand washed not mopped. I feel the floors just get so much cleaner this way. That being said, I am VERY happy with their work and do recommend them.
