Called company it was out of their warranty they would have to charge me again to fix it. I called a different company they repaired it on first visit said the repair done by Otis was done incorrectly and Otis also really overcharged me. Otis did not care about my repair or my satisfaction just about the two invoices being paid. STAY CLEAR!!"
