Shelly and her group were so efficient and knowledgeable. I got three transactions (two sales and one buy) done in five months. They gave me their professional suggestions and never do decisions for me. They stayed on the top of everything, communicating with the other agent efficiently, coordinating with my lender properly, treating my tenant (for my rental property) nicely, and dealing with a "tough" buyer agent in a proper way. Lots of stories. Shelly's group is the best real estate agent I met so far. Definitely I will ask their help again for the next time.

Sold our property in difficult situation.

My job was relocating my family to Indiana from the West Coast, and my wife and I were in the market to purchase a home. I was referred to Shelly from a coworker who was also relocating to Indiana, and had just finished closing on his house with Shelly as his realtor. Best referral ever. From the start Shelly was amazing to work with, and throughout the entire process she went above and beyond. Knowing that I was flying in from out of state for only 2 days, she dedicated time from her schedule to work around mine and made sure that we were efficient with our time when I was in Indiana. She asked all the right questions to find out exactly what my wife and I were looking for. She knew what our most important factors were in our search and made suggestions to accommodate that. Knowing that it was my first time purchasing a home, she was always very thorough with her explanations for different things and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. Shelly was able to find us a home with exactly what we were looking for. Once it came time to make an offer, she walked us through the entire process and helped us diligently through every step. She's extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what she does, which provided me even more assurance when I had to leave after 2 days. I knew that even though I wouldn't be there to finish out the process, that I was in good and capable hands. Shelly kept me updated throughout and acted as my proxy since I couldn't be there in person, for things like the appraisal, inspection and closing. And the final touch, which truly shows how caring, and above and beyond her service is, was when I entered my home for the first time. Knowing that my home stuff wouldn't be arriving until a week after I arrived in Indiana and that I'd basically be living out of a suitcase for a week, Shelly and her team left a lasting impression on me with their personal touch. They setup a coffeemaker with some coffee mugs and coffee in the kitchen and some breakfast pastries and light snacks for me. There was also an air mattress, pillow, sheets, towel and toothpaste waiting for me. It was above and beyond what they needed to do, but it proved that she's great at what does and genuinely cares about her clients. As long as I live in Indiana, I will always choose Shelly Walters Group and will continue to recommend her and her fantastic team to everyone I know.

Skip was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and thorough in answering all of our questions. His knowledge of the Sweetwater Cordry Lake area was very helpful. The entire process was smooth from the beginning to our search, through closing. Attention to detail is a huge plus with everyone at the Shelly Walters Group!

Shelly and her group were nothing but knowledgeable and professional, but still FUN to work with. She was flexible with when we could be in town to physically see houses and get a sense of what we really wanted from a house, property, and neighborhood. Jeff listed and showed the units.  when there was a repair that needed to be done, he recommended local repair folks for me.  And he let them in and made sure the repairs were done.

I love the painter of cabinets the recommended the was very hind and sensitive do my needs throughout the market process, the brought many of her items into my home & took out some of mine in order to update & stage my home.
